Andy showed up this afternoon and did an amazing and fast job cleaning out the sewer drain to the street! His extreme high pressure jet was able to clear out what the weekend other Roto provider missed. I had an emergency drain service on the weekend from another provider. Should not have done that. Andy and his team were fast and professional, and price was very reasonable- about half of what the other guys charged to not even get the job done. Call him first. (He works with Trethewy Bros for other full service plumbing needs too!).

Andy from Drain Stars was referred to me by another plumber (whom I had used previously but was out of town). The service we got from Andy and Drain Stars was outstanding and impeccable. Andy answered my call and came that same day. We had 6 inches of water in our basement for the first time in 23 years and we wanted to figure out if there was a pipe issue. Upfront, Andy was clear about the costs on the phone call and what each of his services would cost. One arrival he was polite, personable, and very knowledgeable. He diagnosed that the problem was with the backwater valve. The door had rusted allowing water to run back. He also used a camera to show that the pipe was intact all the way to the street. He returned the next day to fix the back water valve issue in a very timely manner. He also diagnosed and corrected a basement toilet issue which could have been a very expensive issue. Andy is a true professional through-an- through and is a quintessential service man. His work is under warranty. I am saying this in the best way possible.... I hope that I won't need his services again (i.e., another pipe problem resulting in a basement full of water!) but if I do, Andy and Drain Stars is whom I would call upon again. I highly recommend Andy and Drain Stars without reservation.

We are a commercial business and we called for their service where they did couple of bath tub drains and couple of clogging issue with toilets, and the finished the job in less than 3 hours, upon request we asked for the copy of the video and they refused, so I am not even sure if they took a video and the tub is still draining slow immediately after they left and toilets still clogging and they charged me $1200.00, day light robbery!

Hi my name is Anthony, I had a gentleman come in to snake my drain system he worked four to six hours and said the problem was to big for him to fix he gave me the number of Drain Stars so I called them. they came with in a 1/2 hour I told him what was wrong and he new exactly what to do. This gentleman was named Andy and he was the owner of the company. He quoted me a price and said how long it should take approximately. He was very knowledgeable. I am a home owner for 38 year. My private way is 350 ft long. I'm a Service technician in the commercial industry. I was very impressed with Andy. He cleaned all the lines in my private way and showed me with a camera after he cleaned the lines he showed me there was no damage in the pipe line. Any did everything he said and more. Just after buying our first home we thought it was a good idea to scope the sewer line. We were recommended to ""Drain Stars"" from another company that was doing work on our home.

Andy was fantastic. We did not expect same day service, but he got us in. The previous owner of our home had some bizarre modifications done that made this job more difficult, but Andy was not phased.

As soon as Andy got in he could tell the previous owners had problems and prior visits from plumbers. Andy was informative and honest.

Then we hit the clog. It was not looking good.

It would require more time and another visit but Andy was still able to make it happen same day and fixed it!

Drain Stars showed up and took care of us and we will be customers for life because of it.

Andy and Andrew were extraordinary. They came out in 40 minutes on Easter when we had some urgent problems with a backed up sewer. They resolved the issue of root balls in the pipes quickly with the water jet and identified some additional problems that we're not as immediate, which they proposed a thoughtful plan around.
