Been doing business with Drain Squad for numerous years. Recently had 2 toilets installed and scheduled my appointment for a Friday and forgot I had other plans scheduled for that day, the gal on the phone was able to schedule me for the following day and the exact time I requested. As always the technician was on time, appearance was clean, and made sure the job was done correctly and in a timely manner. I've recommended Drain Squad to others as well as family and friends and I can honesty say NOT one person has had an issue. A lot of us customers are worried about if a company is going to take advantage of us or do terrible work, this is never an issue with Drain Squad. How many companies out there are willing to show us the root of the problem and give cost saving suggestions? I would highly recommend Drain Squad to anyone. With the experience, courtesy, and professionalism why would you go with any other company besides Drain Squad. Michael

I am the owner of The Tennessee Grill in Anthem Arizona. We had a complete drain clog preventing us from opening our business. We called a local company that claimed they had the issue fixed. Within 48 hours, the problem was worse. Because we had to shut down, I was frantic to find someone that could come out right away. Since we are a commercial building, it takes a special plumbing company with commercial equipment. I first spoke with Lisa at Drain Squad. Within minutes I knew I was speaking with a professional, knowledgable plumbing company. Lisa then had Ray, a technician, call me. Ray spent 20 minutes with me on the phone walking through my ""symptoms."" Once he understood the issue, he drove over 60 miles to get to our restaurant. And, not only did he fix the issue, he fixed a few other issues he found for no additional charge. They have my business for life.

Great experience. Set an appointment up for a leaking shower head and a leaking hose. Guy showed up on time and was very friendly. He was professional in how he explained everything. I did think the price was a little high but they were quick and efficient. I would pay it again for their professionalism.

Kitchen sink was clogged Raymond arrived at the scheduled time. Found a clean out on exterior of the house, ran a snake down the clean out. Great experience and will recommend.

These are simply the most honest, reliable and trustworthy plumbers out there!! Raymond is a professional and great personality! They do a lot of commercial and some residential but if your lucky enough to get on the schedule, you wont be disappointed!!
