These people are not to be trusted with your credit card. They charged me twice and I'm still trying to get my money back. Don't do business with these people unless you want to be ripped off!

I've called Bill Trotter and the folks at Drain Specialist more than once, and for good reason. They respond quickly to phone calls, are pleasant upon arrival, and they always explain (in plain English) how they will solve my plumbing problem. I've referred them to several friends and didn't hesitate to praise Bill to the owner when I happened to talk to her on the phone. Highly recommended!
