Strongly recommend you do not use this company for your plumbing needs.

My last review was removed because I told the truth. Hmmm.

So here, I will just say they did not do a good job. Or any job for that matter.

And it was expensive.

Be warned. Total douchbags.

Stop! Stop! Please DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY, please take a minutes and check out all of their reviews and DO NOT BE A VICTIM LIKE ME. They get an ""F"" rating with Better Business Bureau, call 303-758-2100 or log on their website and read all of the complaints.

Take your times and get two or three quotes from other companies, I am sure by then you will NOT want to deal with this company because their crews are incompetent and they would blame the problems on you for tempering or messing with the parts. As a widow, I don't know anything about pluming and why should I do that when I have three years warranty?

The total charges was $1,113.00 for them to replace a tub drain stop in one bathroom and install a new shower head, spout, cartridges, handle and plate in the second one.
I showed the bill to two other companies, they told me I was over charged for the job. I called Cheryl to ask for a list of charges, she refused to provide me one.

BEWARE OF THEIR PROMISES:

Bob who is he manager is very rude, arrogant, he would scream, yelling and hung up on you to scare you off and hoping that you would giving up and forget about the problems. Cheryl who is the office Manager did not keep her promise to send some one out to fix the faucet which they installed and it still has THREE YEARS WARRANTY.

STORIES:

Anthony and Kodiak came to fix and install faucets in my two bathrooms. The next day, when I released the water from my bathtub, it flooded my whole ceiling. Andrew and Kodiak came back to fix it but they said it was not part of what they did. I never had a flood until they worked on my bathroom!
Their Manager promise to fix my ceiling but then they changed their mind later.
Then came the second flood and again, they blamed on other factors.

One day, I could not shut off the water from the new faucet which they installed; they said they are on a ""BIG JOB"" and could not come for THREE DAYS LATER.
Kodiak came and took parts with him to get new parts and HE NEVER CAME BACK. When I called, Cheryl said we will not fix it because some one has tempering with it. As a widow, I don't even know where to start to fix the problem alone tempering with it? This is how they treated their customer.

THINGS TO AVOID:

Do not allow them to take a look at your home so they can suggest ways to improve your systems; it is just a way for them to talk you into a more expensive package! They will use scare tactics to talk you into it especially if you are a woman or widow!

Their three years warranty means NOTHING if they DON'T COME BACK to fix the problems.

AVOID! 3Xs more expensive
Charged me $395 to clean out my main, month later its clogged again called another company and they main is cleared out to the street for $119.

Drain solvers also tried to get me to replace my main for ~20K,
I may still have to do that, but was quoted less than $6000.

Seems to be the norm. They do substandard work, overcharge and then are dismissive and terrible when you try to discuss this with them.

They are a ripoff. $700.00 for a garbage disposal. They also did not get my OK to do it.It is a rental. When I called they said they could not talk to me. They said it doesn't matter if they are renting it.

DO NOT USE Drain Solvers!!! They over charge you. They came in and tried to snake my kitchen sink, but left me with 2 inches of gross water in my sink when they left, saying that I should get the HOA's permission for them to come in and rip into my wall. They were going to charge me $260 for a simple snaking of my drain. I had gotten a quote from Planet Plumbing (wonderful by the way) that a snaking would cost $150. Drain Solvers were over charging by $110. My HOA sent in Planet Plumbing and they fixed the problem. Bob at drain solvers basically yelled at me for having another company come in, even though that was the HOA decision. Then he said he would refund some of my money and get back to me the next day. He has yet to call me back. It has been a week and I have called him several times to try and speak with him. Now, he is just ignoring me. PLEASE DO NOT USE THEM!! They over charge you and if you are a woman, they try and scare you into thinking the job is bigger than it should be so that you can pay more.

Another review said the owner was a bully. Yes he is!! I got a hold of the owner Bob today and he yelled at me some more. And he told me that it was my fault that another company came in and that he didn't care about me. Yes he doesn't care as long as he has his money. He told me a week ago he would refund some of my money seeing as the guys didn't finish the job. Today though he wouldn't have any of it. Just a big Bully.

Definitely avoid this company! I overpaid for an install. They didn't do the job correctly and 2 years later still having issues. Deny, deny, deny when spoken to, if you can get them to stop yelling. Arrogant, snotty, defensive people.

To make this short, they use a one pricing system, say snake 10ft. If that 10ft is an easy snake, the price is the same as if it had been the worst 10ft. Also, they do use sub contractors. I guess all you could say is they have the office, farm out the work.

Someone here said they have a A+ rating with the BBB. I just looked as I was thinking I would report them there, well they don't have any rating at the moment. I don't know how a company can go from a A+ rating to no rating, but they managed that one. The site states the company profile is updating. I guess I can't file my complaint with them. Lesson learned, call around.

We had our entire outgoing plumbing redone by them. They replaced all drain plumbing, our main stack and the drain out to the sewer main. I was pretty content with the work and how things turned out. That was until our neighbor started having plumbing issues.

Their basement was flooding. They had a plumber out who scoped their line and found it dead ended in the middle of our yard. Uh-oh.

Turns out, the way our houses were originally piped, they shared a sewage line to the sewer main. So someone had to have removed a tee and just ignored it. Wow. I am very fortunate my neighbors are understanding, it still came close to a lawsuit. They settled on an amount with my neighbor to avoid that, but I'd still rather it not got to that point.

It became a month long ordeal as they had to dig up the main and part of our back yard to repair the work. The inspector was so upset, they had to dig up the main again so he could verify the work was done right.

We also experience erosion problems similar to Brian T. under our concrete patio. Luckily it was the edge and i could fill it in.

From the review and my experience, they can handle the small jobs and emergencies just fine. Just don't call them for any large projects. They only avoid getting one star as their interior work was ok and they did, eventually, work everything out.

NO STARS! We had a bad experience with Drain Solvers overcharging us by 3x over the normal price for the water line repair to the ice maker. Three other plumbers looked at the job (after the fact) as well as our insurance adjuster and agent and all concurred we were charged 3x more than we should have been. We were compensated $89 the day the work was done after I complained and another $89 a few weeks later when I tried to get compensated. Although the $178 credit was something it didn't come close to the $722 we should have been reimbursed. The receptionist is polite on the phone yet no one calls us back to continue working on a fair resolution. The consensus was Drain Solvers gouged a Senior citizen and didn't step up to the plate to make it right. Pathetic.

The tech came out and told me what to purchase for his return to do the jobs. He gave me measurements for a sink/countertop combo. When he returned he said he couldn't install the sink/countertop combo. The bill is determined by how many items are completed. I was charged for an item that wasn't completed. I didn't realize this until after the tech left and I had signed the form. I called the company and was told that I would be called back by the man in charge. That was a year ago. Never heard from the company again. The guys were nice but poor communication and billing procedures. I had to pay a different plumber to complete the job. Terrible experience.
