I was very pleased with the very competent and professional service recently provided us by DSP for a clogged drain pipe that had to be replaced. Both Rick and Juan C could not have been any nicer, more accommodating, or more caring. Because my job was somewhat of an emergency, they rearranged their schedule to work me in. Not only was the job done as promised and for the price as had been discussed they also found some other situations that they corrected while there under the house for no extra charge. So I will definitely use DSP again for any drain problems, and I highly recommend them.

My main sewage line was old/broken and needed to be replaced. Rick and Jaun were very professional, responsive and always left me with the ability to use at least one bathroom. I work from home so I watched their entire process. They were some hard workers... they dug multiple holes exteriorly and shot a fiberglass liner to restore my main line to avoid jackhammering my entire house floor up. They did have to dig one hole in my house and seal all rooms off with plastic barricades and placed the dirt outside. I must say they were very clean in process with the amount of Dirt they moved. I would definitely recommend Drain Solutions... They did everything they set out to do. Rick, Juan and crew did great job...I'm very happy with the results.

We would like to give a great big shout out to this crew headed by JC that came out to run a camera and find our problem and find the best way to tackle our very problematic plumbing issues. They were very professional, kind and caring. This was a pretty big job, but they handled it great ease.

Rick was highly professional and courteous. He answered all my questions and provided some great recommendations on how to maintain my bathtub moving forward. Wow, a great experience! My bathroom sink was clogged and I saw that Drain Solutions had a coupon in a mailer for drain cleaning for $49. Seeing all the positive Yelp reviews, I gave them a call. Juan came out to unclog my sink and not only fixed the problem, but also adjusted my sink stopper to increase the water volume. He even helped me out with a small fix in my shower and wouldn't let me give him a little something extra for his trouble. He truly went above and beyond! I will definitely call Drain Solutions again for my plumbing needs!

My bathtub was clogged up and even though it was no emergency, they came the very next morning. I was very happy about how fast they were able to schedule. J.C. showed up and couldn't be more helpful. Mask on and distance kept, he got right to the job. He didn't laugh at any of my stupid questions and had the most helpful and informed answers. Two words: THE BEST. My kitchen sink backed up and it was a disaster especially when you have little kids at home. I called Rick and he answered my phone call after one ring. It was so easy to explain what was going on & he knew exactly how everything happened. He came out & fixed the problem in no time and even offered to take a look at the toilets and bathtubs to see if everything was okay. He noticed some clogging and managed to get everything done in a few hours, I was impressed! He thoroughly explained everything & was so friendly that I didn't stress out for one second. Ran into JC at Home Depot in Palmdale he was on his way home and I was stressing my wife told me we had a backup! I described the issue and JC told me we had a mainline blocked. JC came over even though it was late in the day around dinner time and he went through the clean out and used his camera in the line and we saw the underlying issue. He made us feel good and they are honest and not shady like all other plumbers out there! Hire them they will take care of you and we will be using them to get the roots out also!
