My landscape drains were completely clogged with roots. I had a big drain company come out to help but they said they would have to dig under my concrete patio and didn't think that was a good idea. They surprised me with a $60 fee to provide their 2 minute assessment.

A friend had recommended Jason with Emergency Plumbing and Drains. I reached out to Jason and he was quick to respond. I told him what I was facing and he quickly told me exactly what I needed - a medium/large hydro-jet.

Jason doesn't work in S. Carlsbad where I live but he was fast to provide a strong referral for Jeremy and Bobby with Drain Solutions.

Jeremy and Bobby were quick to respond and very nice people. They worked extremely hard as a team to find these drains (a large one was completely buried under soil and grass) and clear out the dense roots which had blocked 6 of my drains.

They had to sit in some awful traffic on a Sunday evening to get here but did not complain. I have cleared drains, the price was very fair and on top of that Jeremy cleaned up EVERYTHING. Roots, dirt, drain lids - amazing.

These are truly honest and very hard working people.

Jeremy and Bobby are AWESOME. It is a bit frustrating because time-management is not their strong suit. But, quality of work, knowledge, professionalism in all other way, Jeremy is top notch. He thinks like an engineer and work like a master plumber, which is exactly needed to excel in this trade. He helped us on four different occasions (replacing a valve in the sump pump, air jetting the pipes, replacing half of the sewage pipe of our 90 year old house and replacing the water heater) and I cannot think about any other plumber whom we would consider hiring in the future. The sump pump issue was checked by two other plumbers who basically was concentrating on on the red herrings, Jeremy was the only one who debugged it like an engineer. And I saw that him in again and again.

Jeremy and Bobby of drain solutions are the best. We had a clogged drain on Sat and a shot water heater on Sunday. Weekend and after hours,they came and did an excellent job at a very fair price. Not only that they leave everything clean. My wife and are very happy we found them. We will not call anybody else ever,drain solutions is our go to team!

Can't say enough good things about Jeremy and Bobby. Came out on a Sunday night to fix an issue that was blocking all outgoing flow from the house. Got the issue resolved and left the area looking as clean as when they arrived.

Great communication before, during, and after the job. Once we got things 'flowing', they came back out a few days later to scope the pipes to make sure there wasn't anything else to worry about and finish a small repair. Will definitely use them again if other issues arise.

I wish I could give Jeremy and Bobbi more than 5 stars. They came to my house on Memorial Day to fix our kitchen sink. I called them in the morning and they were able to fit us into their schedule the same day. Bobbi was great with communicating with me on their ETA. Even though they were behind schedule, I respect the fact that he took his time to complete his prior job and didnt rush it. Same with our situation, after snaking our drain we had a corroded pipe, Jeremy went and got the parts the was needed to repair it. The price for everything was reasonable and they do give a cash discount. I highly recommend Drain Solutions and will definitely use them again. Thank you Jeremy and Bobbi for taking the time to help us out on a Holiday.

Jeremy came out same day I called and solved my drain problem that had been going on for a month despite contacting several other ""fixers"" during that time. My job was main line sewer snaking and he quickly assessed the situation and my plumbing layout as well as my woeful tales of plumbing mishaps. I was impressed as well as confident that he is persistent at problem solving and, sure enough, he was successful and my comfort level with his work was well justified! He was also patient and polite about answering all my questions. So it was a win-win all around and the price was reasonable. He deserves many more stars than five. Also a shout out to his charming wife, Bobbie and her 2 and 4 year-old ""assistants."" Wish all my home repair experiences were at this superior level!
