Jeremy came out same day I called and solved my drain problem that had been going on for a month despite contacting several other ""fixers"" during that time. My job was main line sewer snaking and he quickly assessed the situation and my plumbing layout as well as my woeful tales of plumbing mishaps. I was impressed as well as confident that he is persistent at problem solving and, sure enough, he was successful and my comfort level with his work was well justified! He was also patient and polite about answering all my questions. So it was a win-win all around and the price was reasonable. He deserves many more stars than five. Also a shout out to his charming wife, Bobbie and her 2 and 4 year-old ""assistants."" Wish all my home repair experiences were at this superior level!

They were a 1 hour and 15 minutes late. We discovered additional problems just after they left my home. They said they were going to turn around and come right back and fix it. I waited for 4 hours on that Friday afternoon and they didn't come back. We had 3 phone conversations and they told me they would return. Tied up my entire day. Very upsetting. We made arrangements for next morning on Saturday between 8:00 am-9:00 a.m. Still they didn't return. Looks like a phone call to Better Business Bureau and the State Contractors
License Board. Too many excuses. I can't recommend them to my Mt. Helix friends.

Jeremy is now my go-to guy for clearing drains forever. He just got through doing a job that a previous plumber could not do. And furthermore he is a good communicator. He likes to use text messages.

Originally I had a great experience. I was given updates regularly, had a great service and Jeremy got my drains unclogged, however after Jeremy left, the drains in both of my bathtubs backed up and now drain very slowly. I reached out, since I got a 30 day guarantee with my service, to tell them about the problem and they were very helpful and stated that it's a common thing that happens when hydro jetting the lines. My service was on a Friday and I was going out of town for the weekend. Jeremy was going to come back Monday to jet the rest of the drains, but when Monday came, I had to call and text several times before I even got a response of having ""bad reception"". With a lot of apologies there was a promise of coming out for sure the next time and being on time. It has since been a week since that last conversation and I can no longer get ahold of them at all. No return texts or calls. I will be moving soon and renting my house out and had considered a contract with them for the house, but now knowing how flaky and unreliable they are I will never use them again. $200 is very expensive for unreliable services and now I have to spend more money to get another plumber here to get my bathroom drains draining again. Disappointed.

If I could give 20 stars I would.
Jeremy and bobby are the Real Deal. A husband and wife team that work together to bring a great service at a great price. A fraction of what the big ""rooter"" companies will try to charge you. In the drain service industry there is a lot of price gauging and down right unethical business practices. Not with drain solutions. They made an appointment for a given time. They notified me when they were on their way. With only a slight delay that wast a deal, they again notified me they were on their way. They arrived and got the job done promptly. Thank you Jeremy and Bobby for your help. Best of luck in your future.

Just had them over to clean my main line down my driveway. I was having problems with that stupid company ARS, hate them. I was calling looking for someone else to help me and ran across Jeremy and Bobby, they are awesome, came out in an hour or so on a Sunday and cleaned out my main line, no drama, no fighting over price. Really enjoyed working with them. Definitely recommend!

Jeremy was recommended to us by a plumber we trusted. We made an initial appointment that had to be rescheduled, and Jeremy was very prompt and communicative as we worked it out. He also quoted us the possible prices based on what might have to be done.

The next day he arrived in the scheduled window of time and was able to unclog our bath pretty quickly. He also noticed a small leak at our toilet base and gave us a heads up regarding the severity (minor) and what it would probably cost.

Overall very pleased and we will be contacting Jeremy again.

As a follow up, I tried to contact Jeremy again last summer after his great and diligent work the first time, but the phone kept going straight to Voicemail. After leaving a few unanswered messages, I tried to call back again (hoping that I would at least get someone to let me know if the service was taking a summer break or had an urgent issue to attend to) since there was ONLY one number listed for them and I actually got a few pick up and hang ups. It was the most unprofessional and bizarre situation for an operation that had been such an asset prior. I don't know if it was me personally that was being avoided or if there was a reason why they were ""off line"", but either way, get another number where you can let your customers know what is going on. I felt personally slighted and will not bother to find out whether it was me or an issue with the service. Such a bummer.
