Drain Service Technician

I called Drain Service Technician to take a look at my clogged drain. When the technician arrived, he said he charged $250 for the service call. He made no mention of this charge when I originally made the call, and most companies give free estimates. I disputed this charge, and he agreed to charge $200 plus tax with a 90 day warranty. I went ahead with the service. Barely 100 days later, the clog happened again. I called Drain Service Technician again, and I was given no consideration. I will not use them again.

Today I had the clean out in my driveway overflowing with ugly stuff.
We were heading out of town with our teenage kids staying at home. Not a good combo. I called Douglas and they were out in 20 minutes. cleared the line and cleaned up the mess.

He said he could came over on Wednesday over Yelp message, but didn't respond to any phone call, voice message, text message to confirm. And of course no show up :(

Douglas was professional, polite, and prompt We've had problems about once a year with clogged drains. Everyone showed up and simply snaked it. Douglas not only snaked the line- but suggested a pressure blow out to clean the line as well.

End of gurgling and worrying that toilet paper will clog the pipes! Highly recommended! He may be new to the yelp business but he will be here for a long time with such great service!

He fixed all the clogs and now everything's working better than it has in years thanks to him. His wife even came out with him and was right in there helping.
