This company rocks! They have helped me anytime I'm in a plumbing situation! They have helped with gas issues as well. Scott knows what he is doing! And Lori is always quick to call me back. I them! If you are in need of a good plumber that will do quality work and stand behind their service, then these are your people. I have had faucets, hose bibs, gas lines, and laundry boxes with lines replaced by them. Always quality work! Thank you for all your help! This is why I come back and I'm sure others do too!

We had Drain Runner come out to assess what has been an ongoing problem at our home. Aaron (supervisor) was extremely professional. He was prompt, courteous, and very knowledgeable. He was able to determine what our problem actually was since the camera showed no blockage in the piping. It was due to the brand of toilet (Kohlar), which he shared is notorious for low pressure. He suggested an alternative and will be installing them right away.
Moreover, Aaron was so fair!!
Have used other plumbing companies in the past. I will not be using any other company from here forward.

Use these guys for any plumbing issues!! We live in an older home, and the plumbing finally decided to just stop working. Scott and the whole Drain Runner team have fixed the entire problem for us. This is a group of very helpful and friendly people! We have gotten to know them all quite a bit with all the work we have had done to fix everything, and every time someone showed up, they were courteous, professional, clean and efficient. I have two small children, and the guys would even give me a heads up if they were going to be doing anything loud as to not scare the kids. Scott even gave me tips on plumbing-friendly ways to clean my tub and sinks. They keep you updated on arrival times, etc with texts, and always answer when I call. Scott was here one day and he was training a newer employee. he was very patient and encouraging to the guy he was training, and that says a lot to me about his character in general. Best of all, they do not rip you off!! Very economical. They take the ""scare"" out of calling a plumber.

My husband and I recently purchased a new home. Unfortunately we found it had plumbing issues. We were in a hurry to find someone who could help us out with our urgent situation. We called Scott from Drain Runner Plumbing and explained we had a serious plumbing issue we needed help with immediately. He was able to come out and take care of it right away for us. We really appreciated him being able to help us out so quickly. He did a great job and is very personable and nice to have around. We will definitely call on him again, as he is now our family plumber.

My water heater decided to take a dump on me and half my garage was covered in water. I called Drain Runner they can right out and had me set up in no time. Due to the damages they had to do a temporary water heater set because my water heater stand was soaking wet. Had a restoration company came out called Super Dry. They dried the stand and communicated with Drain Runner. Drain Runner came back out and put my water heater back on its stand. All I can say is thank you guys you're amazing. Super professional and on time!

I had a major plumbing emergency last week and was in a complete bind. I'm new to the area and had no idea who to call. My neighbor told me to use Drain Runner Plumbing and to ask for Scott. They were out to my property within an hour had the problem detected right away which was a slab leak. Scott was extremely professional and explained things so I could understand. We had the slab leak repaired and the rate was fair. I can say my experience with Drain Runner was awesome. I will continue to use Scott for all plumbing needs. Didn't know nobody in North County so I went to yelp and found Scott at drain runner plumbing for one of my friends.

So far when I find people on yelp they always do a great service! And Scott was no exception. My friend Jake had a clogged drain and drain runner was out there in 45 minutes and only charge them $70.

A lot of companies try to charge a lot of money for very little work and it's always a pleasure when you find somebody who's honest keep up the good work drain runner.
