I initially called due to a slow flushing toilet at a rents property. Todd came out same day within an hour or two and attempted to clear the obstruction. Unfortunately, an object was stuck in the toilet and he feared pushing it into the wall. He recommended I get a new toilet due to the age of the exiting as it's about the same price. While we considered it, he insisted I didn't owe him anything as he didn't fix it.

Ultimately decided to replace the toilet and he came out the next day and completed the replacement in under 30 minutes. Disposed of the old toilet and everything.

Super fast , I called at 7:05 and hen was at my house less than 1/2 an hour later, kitchen sink wasn't draining , he explained that he would first try a snake to get the drain clean but we ended up using the hydro-jet to blast the gunk out of my 60 plus year old pipes.

Highly recommend!! Honest work and reasonably priced. After two attempts to snake the pipe to remove a stubborn, deep clog (first by me, and then by another plumber), we called Todd. Accessing the pipe from one of the roof vents, Todd and Tu were able to clear the clog using a hydro-jet system. Excellent work, and good as new!

I have used them two times since I have found them here.

First time was cleaning my kitchen drain pipe. Almost all home owners would not clean it until there was a problem. If you just purchase an old home, then I recommend you call them over to clean your drains for you.

I tried all the over-the-counter drain cleaning solutions, baking soda and vinegar and a pot of boiling water, but none of them worked when draining was slow. After Todd came by on time as scheduled, he asked me about the problem, then he checked methodically. He patiently explained to me what he was doing and he recommended the power clean the drain at the end. I could see all the calcium deposits that came out of the drain cleanout. I saw a bag load of these deposits after they had picked up afterward. It turned out the harder the water from the municipal district, the more calcium deposit you will see in your drainage pipes.

Because of Todd and his team's professionalism, I decided to call them back to change my main water faucet to a modern lever kind. They completed the job to my satisfaction with the same professionalism.

Both times, their prices were reasonable; they are very friendly, on-time and stand behind their jobs to complete to your satisfaction.

I will call them again for my future plumbing need.

I would recommend calling Todd for any plumbing needs. He took care of my bathroom sink clog and replaced an old brass nut that was corroded - used from the original piping construction and put in new P trap . He was thorough, easy going and solved the issue.

Todd is awesome! I called him yesterday about my clogged shower (the water was going down very slowly) that I tried to snake myself but did not work. I asked Todd if he would be able to stop by (today) at 9am and he said sure thing!

Today - Todd showed up a little before 8:30am and I can appreciate someone who is early! He snaked my bathtub and told me what was wrong in the process. After a few mins, he unclogged my shower and my bathtub was working like it should!!

His price is reasonable, he is prompt, very friendly, and he did a great job on helping me. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND HIM TO ANYONE IN NEED OF PLUMBING HELP!
