Oh my goodness! If you're reading Yelp reviews contemplating which plumber to go with, always go with Todd! We had a sewage backup on a Sunday morning. I requested a quote from Yelp with Drain Rooter Service and received a reply with a reasonable quote quite promptly. Long story short, Todd went above and beyond with service! Running the snake through the line from inside the house wasn't enough, so he brought the camera out to find the problem, and mapped out where the sewer pipe ran through the front of the house. Then he cleared out the line from the outside. Anyway, with all the work he did (and a lot of great advice with what we could do ourselves to save money and headache), he ended up just charging us the original quote! He is beyond honest! Any other plumber would have charged us for every item and justly so. I know I will be getting in touch with Todd for our plumbing needs and strongly recommend his service! You won't regret it!

GLOWING REVIEW ALERT! Our business has been using the same three different plumbers for years, but every time we contact them, it's a battle. Incorrect diagnoses, jobs done incorrectly, final cost VERY different from original quote. I was nervous about branching out, but ended up very impressed!

Todd replied super fast to my yelp message, and sent Paul out right away to give us a consultation. Paul knew what the issue was within two minutes, explained it simply, and gave us two options (along with what he thought was the option that would give us the most peace of mind). The next morning, Paul and Todd worked together and replaced our toilet with a new one in record time! They are both super friendly and nice to have around lol! AND the reasonable estimate ended up being the final cost! AND Todd tried to help clean up more than necessary (I insisted that he didn't need to, there was almost no mess at all!)

You can tell these gentlemen enjoy what they do and take pride in their work. Highly recommend, and will continue to contact them FIRST going forward!

Our toilet flooded due to a crazy mishap with new bath construction. Todd came immediately and was able to diagnose and fix the problem very quickly! Very reasonably priced.
He then suggested some items that needed attention and went out, got the parts and returned to fix those issues, too!

Todd was at our house within an hour. That was impressive, but even more impressive was how capable and knowledgeable he was. He was able to fix the clogged sewer line, then assess the issue, then recommend solutions that were practical. Very helpful, very professional and very good!

The main sewer line was clogged by the root. Called Todd for help who came to our place within an hour. He flushed the pipeline with his professional tools, making it running again within minutes. He did not use the snake which might damage the pipe further as he explained. He even ran the camera in the pipeline to help me find where the root was (for free!). Excellent communication and service. The price was quite reasonable. Thank you, Todd. :)

Contacted Todd and he came on time which was great. It allowed me to keep my work meeting. He was professional, and didn't have any issues accessing the crawl space which wasn't as easy, coming from the outside, and a hill-side. I met Todd a year ago, and he came out to clear a drain for me, and helped save the day since we had party the next day.

Todd's assistant came out so quickly and fixed my issue in less than 2 hours. It was amazing. I trust him so much and his staff does a fantastic job.
