I just used Drain Rooter Service again today. They came out within two hours of me contacting them to clean out another sink drain. Price was fair and they were very thorough explaining things cleaned up after the service was completed. Definitely recommend!!!

Todd came to my house within 15 minutes of my phone call and got right to work on my sewer line blockage. He scoped it and showed me where it was and got his snake in action. It was very tough because of my old plumbing that had some odd twists and turns. He was, however able to get it cleared within an hour and even showed me the clean running drain at the point of blockage through his video scope. He kept the price exactly as quoted and even gave estimates for a few upgrades to consider. He was very professional, quick to assess issues and provide excellent solutions at competitive prices. I had Drain Rooter Service installed two toilets for my new home. Their response was quick. They first came onsite and provided a quote. I wasn't available that day so they scheduled another day for the installation. There were some unexpected issues with the old toilets but they had the right tools to get the job done. From my experience they are professional and easy to work with. I'll definitely call them again if I ever need plumbing service in the future.

Todd and Tu come through again! This time the other side of the main house drain was clogged. As soon as the hydro-jet pressure was turned on the tub drained and all problems gone! I'm a very happy customer (again). I highly recommend - Todd is friendly, fast, efficient, and clean. Also the hydro-jet seems safer on the old pipes as compared to the chewing bit.

They came by to fix a blocked sink and charged me $$$ for a 15 min air-jet clearing job.
They are the experts and they have the tools - so I was fine with the expensive price.
They also said they have 30 day warranty, which was great!

But when the sink p-trap started leaking they came back and charged me more $$$ to replace it.
That was the root cause of the problem! I shouldn't have had to pay them a second time given the 30 day warranty.

This is the second time I have been very satisfied with Drain Rooter Service.
The first time was in 2020 when they hydro-jetted my main line to the street, where they cleared roots entering my line. This time, Tu helped clear my master bathroom sink drain, which was clogged with roots. He first crawled through the crawl space to see if he he could see where the roots were entering the line. After not seeing any obvious entry points, he then unclogged the drain using a snake. I will be calling Todd again in the near future to come back out to do a camera inspection of the lines to determine how extensive the root issue is. I really appreciated the prompt response, the quality of the work and the reasonable pricing. Thank you, Todd & Tu!

Todd did a great job. We had a backup for one of our bathrooms and he used his camera to diagnose the problem and then he promptly unblocked the clog. Then he used his camera again to find the source of the problem and it seems that the root cause has something to do with a new cleanout that my contractor recently installed. Thanks for going the extra mile for us.
