It took us a few tries to find out what what the problem was, but Henry and his team were attentive, kind, respectful and also very nice about educating us on the process along the way. We felt very comfortable with them in our home and they were super nice, which is a great bonus. It's not always an easy fix, but we feel fortunate to have had this team of guys helping us come to a solution. As a working mom, I also really appreciate the real-time updates from the staff. If they were running late, they let us know and they would call/text when they were on the way. Thank you all!

Be very aware that this man does not have your best interest at hand. First of all, you can never get him on the phone and his business phones are not connected now, he only responds through texts. I made an appt for him to be out Friday between 2-5pm, after 3 texts to him Friday, he texts me back at 9:30pm stating he forgot he had an appt but promises without a doubt, that he will be there between 12-2pm the next day. 2:30pm rolls around and I still don't hear from him. Texted him twice, finally ges a text back stating he will be there between 4-4:30pm and of course he never showed up, never texted back, NOTHING!

Today, Monday I text him that I will give him a bad review with one of the people he works for, and he gives me a sob story that his mom passed away 6-8 weeks ago and he hasn't been himself and hopes I give him another chance in the future.

If his mom passed, that is very very sad and I know how that hurts however by the looks of the other reviews, he has been flaky for years. DON'T USE HIM! He doesn't seem to understand that our time, customers time, is important as well.

I don't know those of you who gives him good reviews, but you must be family or friends and not REAL customers, or your getting the work done for free!

By far the worst service ever. This is my first review on yelp and I just want led to warn everyone that their service is horrible. They were late for the initial inspection by an hour. It was all good until they did not show up for the appointment that was scheduled for the actual repair. I had to call and they mentioned that they were busy from the last job and said they texted me that they were running late. I did not receive a text by the way. They go on and say they are short handed. They eventually came in for the repair (days later). I had to schedule an appointment for the dry wall repair a week later. Guess what happens on the appointment? No show or courtesy phone call. Again, I called and they apologized blah blah blah. They actually called my warranty company and had them call me because they had to reschedule (again) 3 days later. I wanted a new company to finish Drain Rooters job. Talk about a half a** job. I would never hire this company ever and I would like to warn everyone.

My Home Warranty company hired Drain Rooter to fix a leak in my rental house while we are on vacation. The renters had to sit home during the ""2 hour window"" twice, they never showed up, cancelling and rescheduling. The leak has ruined the teak floor. It continues to leak. WTF? Do I have to drive back to San Diego and handle this myself? Apparently. I will find someone reliable.

Horrible and very unprofessional! I gave them a couple chances even after they never showed up to my appointments and had me waiting. They never called me to let me know they were not showing up. They gave false info about the work order that my landlord gave them. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY!

I am the president of the HOA in my building, and after a thorough investigation we decided to go with Drain Rooter USA, it was a very big job for our condos, we had to re-pipe the whole building, but Mr. Castorena and his people did this amazing job for us, they were honest, profesional and extremely kind with all the owners! Thank you Mr. Castorena and I will give your company five stars plus!

At 1am my toilets decided not to work. Called DRUSA and within 30 minutes technician Henry was there. He was very friendly, professional and understanding of our budget and time frame. I highly recommend them for work especially Henry, very nice to work with. 5 stars all day long.

I want to give them 0 stars! Be aware of this company. Avoid at all cost! Read their Google reviews first then decide. Hopefully, you won't be screwed like me! Awful awful customer service and very unprofessional.

Great service. My master shower was not draining and Drain Rooters came to the rescue. He tried multiple clean out spots until he found the source of the problem. He cleaned out my shower drain and restored flow back. Service was fast and efficient.
