The service guy Rudy was very professional and honest and above all personal and friendly. He work , knowledge and skills was exceptional.
Would definitely use them again with Rudy as our guy.

My plumbing situation is a bit complicated. I had called multiple (and I mean multiple!) plumbers who came out and could not fix my toilet. One of the plumbers referred me to Drain Rooters. Larry and Jesse are absolutely amazing. This company is the only one that has been able to fix my bathroom situation. I have used this company twice already and both time- absolutely amazing. Larry and Jesse were professional and super nice. They informed me what they were doing every step of the way so I was aware what was happening. I will only use this company from here on out for all my plumbing needs. Definitely recommend!!!

Called Drain rooter plumbing for a leak, they came and charged $500 for a line replacement that didn't take but 20 minutes and $18 in parts replaced. I asked around and not only was overpriced by 360 to 380 but the dishonesty of the work left us feeling robbed. Mind you there's a pandemic going on. Average cost is $60 to $170 per hour in the valley depending on who you call.

Thought I was Mr Fixit with the kitchen sink faucet replacement. However half a day later I realized ""It had not been changed in 30 years and was not going to leave this home"", lol. I had the sense to know I was outmatched.

Called and received a helpful, caring representative which went out of her way to accommodate the situation. I was called back within minutes saying a plumber would be there in an hour. Danny showed up on time.

He assessed the situation and jumped right in. He had the right tools to break free the inaccessible and corroded fitting. He was done quickly, however because of a defective part (the very last quick release valve) it wouldn't seal properly. Most people would be disgusted but he informed me it was defective and tore down the assembly.

I repacked the box and replaced it ( thank you Lowes). The tech asked me to call when I was ready to have him return. So I called the company number at 8pm to leave an after hours message - fully expecting to speak to an answering machine or message service. The owner, Larry answered!!! He was up to speed on the my situation already as Danny had communicated with him! Larry told me he'd be out the next morning.

Promptly the next morning Danny returned and about 30 minutes later was done. Wow!

A company the is responsive, knowledgeable, equipped, and timely. Not sure you could reasonably asked for more.

My moms sewer line backed up the other day, we called Drain Rooter Plumbing. They came out on time and got the job done right. I live out of the area and I was worried about my mother being taken advantage of. Drain Rooter was honest and reliable; would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a great plumber. I will use them anytime we need service, the plumber that came out was very clean cut and professional. Great job for a great price.

All I can say is stay away. I've had several bad encounters with shady plumbers and this is the epiphany of them. The only reason I called them up originally is because the previous owner used them and recommended their services. Big mistake. I had a severe back up on a line that cause sewage to come back up in the toilet, showers, the whole shabang. Carlos came out, assessed the situation and was going to charge me $6400 for all that work (plus was going to through in some free piping to ease the cost of payment...sure). I almost thought for a second I was stupid enough to buy into that because he was quite convincing but told him I had to think about it even though it was urgent to get fixed. I ended up calling another company and they came out and fixed it the next morning...guess how much, $450!!

So the moral of the story....please learn from my mistake and go with a more reputable company. I went with LeadingEdge Plumbing. Juan was freaking awesome. Look them up.
