Both my kitchen and my bathroom sinks were not draining. I called 2 different plumbers and left messages to try and get someone out today to clear my drains. I never got a call back . I decided to look on yelp and I found Drain Rite Plumbing and called them at 1:00pm and they said they could be at my house by 2:00pm . John and Dillon arrived at my door at exactly 2:00pm . By 2:20pm both my sinks were draining perfectly. These guys are very professional. I highly recommend them.

Excellent and quick service, called after being referred. A local company came out and quoted $355 and said it would take three hours to complete.

Arrived at the time stated, completed the job in 20 minutes for $125.

Had hot water within 30 minutes.

I am very confused by the complaints about John. I found John on the internet, read the reviews of all the various sites and plumbers and selected John based on location and reviews.

I live in So. OC and needed a plumber for a problem at my rental in La Palma. Got a good quote, they were on time. Took care of the problem and my tenant was very happy.

I now have called used them 3 times over 6 months for my rental. Always great service, more then fair pricing and very prompt.

Very disappointed with the service. They installed a new water heater in my elderly mom's house and installed it improperly( not to code). When we called them and told them they installed it wrong they said it would be minimum $125 just to come out. They would not come out to fix their mistake without $125 fee. I know it is difficult to find a good plumber and unfortunately Drain Rite is not one of them.
