Water heater broke on Thursday night. I called Drain Rite around 8am on Friday morning and they were able to come out between 11-1 that same day. They arrived on time and replaced the broken part in about 30 minutes. Really appreciate the prompt, polite service. I would not hesitate to call them in the future. Thank you!

These guys are great!! They came out and helped me clear a drain! They did what 2 other plumbers I called couldn't do.. and that was to simply recommend what the problem could be before I came out. I'm pretty handy but there's just SOME things I can't do and these guys had a great attitude and awesome work ethic

The one and true Drain Rite! John and his team are great. I've referred them many times and am always pleased with their reliability. They told me about the other company taking their name and doing bad work and causing some bad reviews to come up. That's too bad. My experience with them has been great.

I am a repeat customer and have been absolutely pleased with their services.
The first time I called Drain Rite Plumbing, it was for an emergency service call to replace my Hot Water Heater which had blown the drain valve and had flooded my garage! Drain Rite arrived within the hour with my new Hot Water Heater and saved the day! Awesome service and very genuine honest people!
The second time I called Drain Rite Plumbing, was 4 days ago for an emergency service call to find and repair a plumbing leak somewhere between my 2nd and 3rd floors. They arrived within 45 minutes, found the leak and repaired it!
Special Note: I live in Redondo Beach and they are located in Anaheim....so, they really do care!

Worst company ever with the worst costumer service. Do not go to this company unless you're planning to get ripped off and get swindled. My grandparents needed their water heater repaired. On their water heater was this company's phone number so they decided to give this company a call. Instead of giving an appropriate quote, they sent out a plumber who literally just cleaned the pipe for 5 minutes and then left. Barely explained anything to my grandparents and didn't even bother to check if the heater was working. Here's the best part: they charged us $125 for 5 minutes of cleaning, which I could have basically done myself. When I called to talk to someone about it, the costumer service basically said that that's their minimum for sending out someone and it's basically our fault for not knowing. There are plenty of plumbers in the area who are willing to spend the time to evaluate the repair situation and give an appropriate quote. Use them instead of these guys.

We had our water heater repaired by this plumbing company to find out they have poor customer service, my wife tried to explain the plumber what the problem was and he made her feel stupid for asking a simple question, besides that they finished the work and few months later we found out there was a gas leak around the tank, I decided to called the office to see if they can help us with the problem to find out they will charge extra since the warranty had expired. I went and checked the problem my self and found out there was a loose fitting left which was causing the gas leak. Not only they have careless technicians but poor customer service as well. I will not recommend this company to anyone.

This is the right company for you. Very honest and straightforward company. John (3rd generation) came out and took care of our tankless water heater in the attic of our third floor. They did it all with a smile too! Amazing and felt like family taking care of family! Highly recommend.

Excellent service and very professional. I live in a condominium complex where all of our units are Rheem tankless water heaters. My particular unit had slowly been failing, until it completely went out and left me with no hot water at all.

I spoke with John @ Drain Rite and had him come out for an initial diagnosis. I was initially worried at first, as neither he nor Rheem support were able to determine the cause of the issue. Rheem even sent out new parts for my water heater to be swapped out, to no avail. At the time, it was extremely difficult for me to schedule time off from work, and I was the only person who could have given him access to my water heater. This basically meant that I had to request time off from work 30 days in advance, and staggered them a week apart as I had no idea how many times I would have to meet with John.

After several unsuccessful attempts to fix my water heater and the last of my personal days coming up, I told John that I simply couldn't go another several weeks without hot water. The details are fuzzy, but he must have made a call to Rheem, explained my situation, and was somehow able to get me a completely brand new Rheem tankless water heater to be swapped out.

Granted, this is exactly what I expected of Rheem - if they can't fix my water heater in a reasonable number of attempts, then they should give me a brand new unit - but what I was particularly pleased with was the fact that John went out of his way to make that process relatively pain free and simple (I was expecting to have to fight Rheem tooth and nail to get a new water heater out of them!). As an authorized Rheem service provider, I'm sure he had more pull with them than I did. Every time I called, I got nowhere with Rheem.

The installation process also went very smoothly. Thank you John!
