Toilet waste pipe was clogged. Called and left message. Call was returned promptly and Ed arrived in about an hour. Was very thorough in his assessment and efforts to get things back in working order. He explained everything to me afterward. I would DEFINITELY call them if this type if issue arrises again.

I called drain right on 12/20/18 and spoke with a guy from rocky hill ct about a toilett clog at the property that I manage and this guy begins to tell me he was familiar with the ""project"" and how he used to do work there 20 years ago and that I needed to find out who we were using now???
Obviously if your services were solicited we have no one and secondly you referred to it as a project as of it was public housing wrong again individuals own their units over all this writer found you very unprofessional and insulting. If you don't want to provide a service to a certain area just say you don't provide service in that area if you are too busy just say you are too busy but by all means keep your insulting and unprofessional comments to yourself!
I ended up calling Roto Rooter...the real professionals who solved the problem and their price was not bad at all. It's pretty stupid of any business owner to insult people that can write a review. My final statement to every wanna be business owner....ALL MONEY IS GREEN!!!

I had a blockage in my residential main sewer line. They were very prompt, did an excellent job, and were half the price I've paid in the past for emergency services. I will use them again.

I can't say enough about how good these guys are.
Ed and Jim have never let me down in the 10 years I have been calling them. I am a property manager for several medical, commercial and industrial buildings, no matter what time of day or night that I have needed them they have responded promptly and with a smile.

Their prices are great which makes me look good as well!

Called on a Sunday and left a message that I had a blocked drain line. Jim called back within an hour and we talked through the problem. He made some suggestions since I was working on clearing it myself. He said he would call again within an hour or 2 after he finished the call he was presently on. He called back to verify I still needed help when he finished the other job and he was here within 20 minutes.

He cleared the drain in no time and the chardge was very reasonable, especially for a weekend emergency.
