My 1 year old water heater went out two days ago. I already knew what the problem was, the thermopile was bad. I was swamped at work and didn't have time to handle it myself, so I visited the manufacturers website to find out who services these units in my area. I saw Drain Right and gave them a call. What a mistake. They sent out a plumber (Armando) to take a look. He looks at it and says my water heater is a cheap ""home depot"" brand and he knows what's wrong with it. I don't have time to deal with it so he says he'll be back at noon the next day with the part to fix it. He shows up 30 min late the next day and starts working. A few minutes later he knocks on the door and says he got the wrong part and will be back in an hour. Two hours later I get a phone call from him stating that he can't get the part anywhere and the only thing he can do is sell me a new water heater! My water heater is not even two years old. I asked him to just bring my part back to me. Meanwhile i call the manufacturer and within 10 minutes have them sending me the part the next day. Great work Drain Right! Way to scam people into buying a new water heater! Will not be calling them again and I suggest you steer clear as well.

Hands down the most fantastic plumbing team in the Los Angeles and Northern Orange County areas!!! On a recommendation from a friend, Renato and his team, came to my rescue and they are truly are miracle workers. After having stubborn plumbing issues with my old home pipes, one call to Drain Right and my pipes were most definitely ""draining right"" once again. From time to time My sink wouldn't drain and water would get stopped up and come up from one side of the sink to the other. Was Recommended this establishment by a friend and boy did they not disappoint. Had this problem with my kitchen sink for a long time and after numerous attempts and spending countless amounts of money, nobody was able to fix it until now. Called the establishment inquiring about services and they sent someone to my house the very same day.

I had the pleasure of working with Renato. From the first time I met him he was very professional, honest, and open. He checked out my sink and gave a few options well as prices before allowing me to choose without any pressure. I received stellar customer service from Renato, he took his time to fix my sink and even went as far as explaining how things worked and parts.
After he finished he gave me a few recommendations and tips on things I could do to keep the problem from coming back.

I am a single parent with a disabled child. 5 years ago my ex moved out and Drain Right was the first company to come to my rescue. I have 3 bathrooms and a kitchen. I loved that there is no charge for an estimate and felt safe hiring them. In the last five years I have called them out at least 5-6 times. When they came out and over charged me to replace my toilet they did not adjust the float level correctly and my family waited water for days until I realized what was wrong. My water bill was $40.00 higher this month. I had to beg them to put a caulking where the toilet and the tile met as this is a code issue in my city. This bathroom is on a second floor. They would have skipped this step. The icing on the cake to never refer or use them again was when my Tankless water heater needed to be replaced. I had a new one on site. It really would have been an easy install for a plumber by trade. The only material needed to be replaced was a few vent fittings. My free estimate quote was $1,800+ to get the job done. Granted they promised an inspection. To wave the inspection they would take $400 off the cost of the job. They told me all my hoses needed to be replaced. The very next day a family friend had a plumber come to my rescue. The job was completed in 4 hours by one man to code. He shared with me that I had the best hoses money could buy and they did not need to be replaced. I share this with you as an informed customer. Be careful with them. They offer a free estimate. They do heavy advertising. They have to pay for this some how. Be aware of service company's that pay a percentage as they drive the ticket prices up. ""You only as good as your last job!""

Had Drain Right install a whole house filter and Flow Tech home anti scale systems. Their quote was competitive and the two installers Angel and Luis are experts!!! They did the job quickly and cleaned up any mess on a daily basis. Very professional and courteous. Renato, the tech who came out initially, explained how the two systems worked, followed up after installation to confirm we were satisfied and subsequently helped us adjust the frequency of the back flush for the filtration system. Great Company and great personnel, highly recommend them (already have to several friends who also have horrible hard water).

I have used Drain Right twice now and have been extremely satisfied with their service. They are fast, professional, clean and freindly. They dont charge extra for afterhours service. They even came back the next day to make sure the issue had been fixed, it had, and didnt charge extra. Their prices are great , technicians are awesome and the girls in the office terrific. Its hard to find a good plumber, I found a great one.

If you have plumbing problems these are the folks to call. While visiting from out of town my 93 year old father, his sinks backed up. I was referred to this company by a good friend. I received a promt call from Ever and was told the crew was to be out the very next morning and would go thru everything to determine the cause & fix. Turned out my dads 63 year old house had some major problems in the pipes failing under the house. A fair price was negotiated and work started immediately to replace all the old pipes. Angel & Luis did an excellent job on replacing old pipes & fixing my dad's plumbing problems. They cleaned up each night after a full days work. We couldn't be happier with these guys! During this plumbing project I had to leave & return home. Ever stepped up to help me deal with my 93 year old hard of hearing dad thru this whole ordeal. Ever kept in excellent contact with me thru text & calls and walked me thru the project and work being completed. Thanks for taking such good care of my dad's plumbing issues in my absense, Ever! Can't say enough good things about this company.
