I called Thursday afternoon and got an appointment for 8 - 9 the next morning. 'John B' had my toilet back in business in about 5 minutes. He provided excellent customer care. He was very informative and did not mind answering questions. He knew what he was doing and did NOT try to up-sale me on anything. I recommend John and Drain Right highly.

My stupid sink always seems to break down on me during the holidays! I suffered through this past Thanksgiving week thinking that getting an appointment to have someone come out and fix it would take forever. Wish I would have called Drain Right Services right away because did their tech Juan (Gardena Office) amaze me! He was professional and knowledgeable of what he needed to fix my sink. Once he got the needed part the following day, he had that sucker fixed and running in a jiffy! It's been over a week since Juan came by and my sink is still going great:) And I have a warranty too! Thanks Drain Right Services:)

Moses came out to fix my stopped up toilets. He had all the necessary tools and the job was completed in less than 30 minutes. He was very courteous and considerate and did an excellent job. I would highly recommend Moses on future projects that I have. This is a plumber you can trust.

Update: Within minutes of writing my very critical review of this company, the owner (Ray) called me. He apologized profusely for the bad customer service I had received, and asked if he could be given an opportunity to try to rectify the matter. He offered to have someone come out today, although did warn me it might be nearly 7 pm by the time the technician could get here. I agreed to this. Around 6.15 pm Nelson arrived. He was very pleasant, very professional, and set to work immediately removing the old faucet from my kitchen sink. A problem arose because the old faucet had been glued to the counter-top. However, he overcame this without fuss, worked conscientiously and completed the job within an hour. I am very pleased with the workmanship, the technician, and the way the owner handled the situation. Not only did he have the work done today, he waved the charges. Sincere thanks.


Nelson arrived on time, checked the faucet and said I needed a new one. Next day I purchased a new faucet, called Drain Right, and was told Nelson would arrive some time between 11.30 am and 1.30 pm next day. Next day 11.30, 12.30, 1.30 - no sign of Nelson, no 'phone call of explanation, nothing. I called Drain Right and was told by the male who answered that he'd have Nelson call me right back. Half an hour later, still no word from Nelson. I called Drain Right again. This time a female answered, transferred me to dispatch, where a male again told me Nelson would call. I told this person that I was not at all happy with the service, or lack thereof. Nelson finally called and it was clear that I was not on his schedule for today. I told him I'd been waiting since before 11.30 am and was really annoyed that he hadn't shown up or even called. He then began making excuses, ""I've been really busy"", "" I was under a house"", etc. etc. I said I thought I'd better call another company, to which he replied, ""I could work with you on the price, make it better than the other guy."" I just said ""No thanks. I'll finish this on Yelp."" The end.

back in August, we had food coming up through our bathtub drain in our apartment. it's a 3 unit complex. It's an old apartment and apparently there was blockage in the drain that caused it to back up. Also the pipes themselves were rotting. Not only did Juan fix what seemed like a total disaster, but he was an absolute pro the entire time. One day soon I hope to buy a home. If I EVER have a plumbing issue I will call Drain Right and I will ask for Juan. I don't often write reviews here. The experience has to be remarkable. Juan and the job he did were exactly that.

My kitchen sink garbage disposal broke down. When I flipped the switch on the only thing happened was a low humming sound from the motor. I contacted Drain Right Plumbing Services and schedule a visit from one of their technicians on Saturday morning.

I received a call from them around 8:45AM that day that a technician will be arriving around 9:30AM depending on traffic. He didn't arrive till 9:50AM, a bit late but not a big deal.

As for the actual repair, turned out he literally turned a crank somewhere and the garbage disposal was up and running again in like 2 minutes, boy was I surprised!!!

He wasn't going to charge anything for his service, but I insisted him taking $20 for his time driving down down and fix my problems.

He did ask for a good Yelp review, which I did. A five-star rating, and well deserved. Will definitely call them up again when my next plumbing issue arises :-)

I chose this company based on their multiple excellent reviews and I wasn't disappointed. John B arrived on time, assessed the situation (which was a main line stoppage) and proceeded to remove the blockage which took about 20 minutes. I've had a half dozen other plumbers out to my house in the last three years and this one was by far the best and most economical experience so far. I'll be using Drain Right (and requesting John) again. I need to add he was extremely courteous as well.
