Called them with a badly clogged toilet and a technician came within an hour. Cesar, the technician, was very professional and fixed the issue right away. I used a coupon from valpak and they are very affordable, probably the best prices around. I will be calling them whenever I have any plumbing issues from now on!

Good customer service. Cesar made it on time to clear the kitchen sink on one of my income property unit. Few minutes later, Cesar called me a complained that the tenant used draino and it damaged his snake and he needs to be reimbursed for it. Two minutes later, Cesar called me again claiming the garbage disposal and the pipes under the sink are leaking and all need to be replaced. Cesar provided me with $890 quote. I said no, then, the third call from Cesar and offered me a reduced price of $580. I rejected the offer and called Best Services plumbing, They cleared the line from under the sink, secured the connections within 15 minutes with no issue, the cost $73.
Please be aware from plumbers with lower cost advertisement.

Cleaned drain fast an efficiently, we have a 7 day guarantee if it backs up again. Looked under the house to make sure nothing else was wrong for free! An said everything looked good. Def

I had a coupon for drain cleaning for $45. First, they couldn't get the cable in the cleanout. Then they wanted to replace a section of the the main drain for $1000. Then they wanted to jet it for $750. Finally, they went in the p-trap under the sink (which is what I told them to do when they got to my house about 45 - 60 minutes before). It took them 10 minutes to fix it the way I told them to do it. Then they charged me $99. They never said there would be an upcharge! This company is a rip-off and doesn't honor their coupons! They just try to charge you for services you don't need. I will never call them again and suggest you don't either!

Jaime was the nicest and most helpful plumber that has been to my house. He fixed my issue and was on time I got a picture of him emailed to me by the company so I knew who is showing up. I know I was his last appointment he could not have had a better disposition or been nicer at the end of a long day.
He deserves high marks with his manager for sure because they have a great employee named Jaime!!
