This guy is great--called back right away, let me know of his status in getting to my house. Very good price, went to the hardware store and did not charge me excpet for the parts, propmt, clean, courteous. I called Steve on a Thursday and he came to my house on Saturday to make a critical repair to replace a rusted water supply valve.

He was very conscientious in making the repairs and even made an extra trip to the hardware store to get some supplies to ensure that the job was done right!

I would never use Drain Right again. They broke the toilet they came out to unclog and it took them 5 months to install a replacement. It was a real comedy of errors.
