I wouldn't recommend this Company to anyone. Hired them to replace a water heater. The guy did some really stupid shit, like access a sewer line in the basement and letting all the black water spill on the floor. He also removed a drain plug and wasn't able to screw it back on the old cast iron pipe. After a number of calls and a number of days, I ended up fixing what he messed up.

Couldn't make appointment and was called and cussed out F- bombs included. Not the way to deal with any customer or human being for that matter. Sounds like they're cool as long as you're going with them, but if you don't be prepared to be yelled at.

Had a clogged kitchen sink. Got a reasonable estimate over the phone so without making other calls had them come out. They called before they came and showed up when they said they would and couldn't have been nicer. Got the drain opened in about 15 minutes and made sure nothing was leaking under the sink like it had been. Will definitely use them again for any plumbing needs.

Avoid. Lies and always behind schedule. Left me 5 days without the kitchen sink and asked me to cook for my 5 children in the bathroom. Missed the schedule many times Very expensive Does not call at all. Can not complete the task Very very unpolite

Good team of guys there. Very reasonable prices and high quality work. I live in a very old building with lots of ""character"", I will call it, and they knew how to negotiate all of the oddities of the building. I am very happy with the work and would recommend them as a plumber for any job, big or small.

I've been using Drain Right for YEARS now. Mike has done great work with my home plumbing as well as my salon. Owning my own business involves saving as much money as possible but receiving quality work is very important. The fact that they give their clients FREE estimates is always a plus. I highly recommend this company because the price is right for what the work is. I've recommended them to many of my friends and till this day, this company still never failed us. FYI, they ARE LICENSED and CERTIFIED. The one person that is giving one star, most likely mistaken them for someone else.
