We were having issues with our shower tub spout, specifically the diverter wasn't working effectively. I called Drain Resolvers and was asked to describe what was happening over the phone. An hour or two later, Mario came over and said we needed a new spout. He worked hard to install the new one and was meticulous in his workmanship. I felt like Mario really took his time with our project and gave us the best possible result. I'll be honest, if I were to try to do this myself, we would NOT have ended up with a working shower! I know my limitations!

The sprinkler system in my condo complex had been working intermittently and making loud noises when it did work. My HOA attempted to get it fixed several times but was unsuccessful. Finally, our management company contacted Drain Resolvers, and it's a good thing they did. Drain resolvers sent out Jason and within 45 minutes, he not only diagnosed the problem, but fixed it as well.

Drain Resolver tried using the least expensive methods first.
Eventually the pipe had to be replaced.
The crews did excellent work at a fair price, given the rising costs.

I am EXTREMELY pleased with my experience with Drain Resolvers. For the past couple of months my basement has been backing up, and both floor drains have been pooling water. My home warranty company sent out another plumbing company, who was unable to successfully snake. They quoted me an astronomical price for hydro jetting, so I called around for second opinions. My call to Drain Resolvers was the best one yet! I was provided with an update on arrival time (per my request--which I loved!). When they arrived they got right to work. while one gentleman was running the hydro jetter Mario explained the entire process to me, and we even shared a few jokes. The guys made me feel comfortable and were absolutely amazing. After the pipe was cleared they went through again just to make sure we were all set. They provided exceptional service, and at half the cost of the initial company!!! I am extremely grateful and have already hired them for maintenance and a couple of other projects--and I've referred my sister to them, too. Do hire them! You will not be disappointed.

quoted me a price of $550 and couldn't finished the job but still charged me full price. They also mis-diagnosed the problem (Anthony was the plumbers name) which a different plumbing company (Frost and Kretch) correctly diagnosed and fixed the problem. This Drain Resolvers company is a really shady operation!

My 76 year old mother bought a new hot water tank not even two years ago and a part of the pilot light broke. We called Mario to fix it. He left her hanging for 10 days without communication. I had to call him three times in one day when he told us he was expecting the part to be in and would be over to fix it. He finally answered the third call only to tell me he didn't get the part yet. He told me the part would be in by 8 pm that night and he would be over the next day to install it. He never showed, didn't return my phone call and didn't call on his own to update my Mom who had now been without hot water for 9 days. Finally on the 10th day, one of his employees shows up at 9:00 am on a Sunday. No phone call to let her know they were coming. The kid said he asked Mario to call her to let her know he was on his way. Then they charged my Mom $235 after putting her through hell with the lack of communication and the waiting. We will never use him again and we plan to let everyone else know how horrible the customer service is with this company!!
