If I could give Drain Remedy a 10 star rating, I would, I called them around 3.30 pm and I explained my problem and they were at my home by 4:30, Peter was my technician and he was OUTSTANDING! Prices were very reasonable! and the work was awesome! I highly recommend DRAIN REMEDY!

Our toilet was older with a slow flush. I called to coordinate a replacement to upgrade to a ""taller"" toilet as I was having hip surgery with capability with more of a productive flush. The installment was coordinated quickly. Drain Remedy was very accommodating to my schedule. They were punctual, clean, affordable and the tech was very polite. Would highly recommend!!

Responsive, professional, effective and fair. Had an emergency drain back up on a Sunday. Called and left a message with the answering service and received a call back within 5 minutes. Tech was on site in under 90 minutes to snake the drain. Up front on what they were doing and transparent with pricing. Had to return Monday morning to scope the line with camera and jet through the blockages. Identified comprised areas of pipe and marked them in the street. Friendly techs. Highly recommend.

I can't say enough about this company. They are a top notch, honorable company! They saved me thousands of dollars! I had another plumber come out to assess a continual clogged drain issue, quoting me thousands of dollars to re-drain an old pipe. I reached out to Drain Remedy to assess the situation using a drain camera. They performed a thorough assessment and determined there was something lodged in the drain that was causing the issue. Long story short, they were able to resolve in a timely and cost effective manner. You guys are the best, especially Andy!! Highly recommend them for any drain issues, and will be calling them again.

Felt the need to come here and leave a review so others will trust this company. We are new homeowners and have been having real trouble finding trustworthy repair services.
Andy came out and snaked our main (twice) and did an excellent job. He was super nice, informative, knowledgeable - and most importantly to me, neat. He took his time and could tell he cared that it was done right.
I called in the morning and he was at my house hours later for a free estimate, and we hired him on the spot.

Where do I begin? I called at 8am on a Monday after my elderly moms house had been backed up through Easter Sunday. A nice man answered the phone and within 40 minutes Jayson was at the house. It was a tough clog - thick sludge but he kept at it. Rob showed up with a new brass drain plug as the brass clean out broke due to age.

My elderly mom loves them. Get this : they offer a senior citizen discount! She's so happy we referred Drain Remedy to her neighbors.

This place does customers of all ages right. She's relieved and has her working house back.

There are few businesses I give 5 stars. But Drain Remedy deserves FIVE. All the service guys are nice, friendly, on time as much as they can be in this type of service business. They really know what they're doing and care about the quality of service too. Whenever I've used them, (property manager) they always are aware of spills, and clean up very well. The prices are very fair. Far less than the national brand names guys. Thumbs up.

This company is a huge rip off! Awful customer service. They scam the people who don't know anything about this stuff. Even the person who came for a second opinion said they ripped me off and have absolutely no clue what they are talking about. Oh yea and they ruined some rooms in my house. Extremely unprofessional! If you call these people good luck and be prepared to pick up the mess they make.
