We feared the worst and got the best news from Drain Raider. Aubrey was great and fixed the problem quickly. He explained the problem and even suggested how to avoid it in the future. Would highly recommend Drain Raider to anybody needing plumbing services.

Online it states 24 hour service but they only work bankers hours and after 6pm you have to leave a message for them to get back to you the following day. Closed weekends. Worthless.

Needed them on a Saturday morning, came right out and had the issue solved in 30 min didn't over charge it was great service!!!! Highly recommended!!!!

Called them to replace a toilet. They picked up the replacement I wanted and had it installed in less than an hour. Our service tech Aubrey was wonderful - professional, courteous and friendly.

I would not recommend this company at all. While they respond quickly, their work is one dimensional. I had clogged drains in a rental, and they went out, attempted to declog, took apart a toilet, and had to come back the next day, charging me for more time and materials that ended up being inappropriate. Two days later, more clogged drains. They went out to scope the pipe, couldn't, and crawled under the house to discover corroded pipe. All this cost me more. They then said they could fix the problem in a day with two workers at a rate of 175$ and hour. I had my own guy do the job, and he discovered that the drain raider technician had only done a superficial job diagnosing, and the problem was much more involved and took 4 days to fix, The problem: I was billed over 700$ for them to unsuccessfully unclog the drain, and to misdiagnose the problem. The manager or owner refused to adjust the bill, stating that he didn't care that I hadn't gotten much for my money, as I did not go with them for the fix. Customer service was rude and unreasonable. My sense is that they don't really know plumbing, but just are in the business of a quick un-clog and making money.
I essentially got almost nothing for 700$

Very disappointed. Called at 4:50p. Asked what time they closed and was told 6p. When I told the gal the location of the rental, she gave a big sigh. When asked why, she went on to say well the worker is in Eugene and would be his way. The property is approx 23 miles out of Springfield. She went on to say that although he is leaving now, he may not make it before 6p and then the fee would double due to afterhours. It was Friday and due to all the traffic, no guarantee he'd arrive before 6p. she said. It takes maybe 35 min to get to the property, even during traffic. 615p, the guys rolls up. I had already called the office and left a message to disregard/cancel.
It sure appears someone took their time to be able to charge after hour rates. Not sure if the issue was...office staff or worker.
In my experience, Drain Raider miss led me in their timeliness. I've been driving to and from Eugene for many years. It took this guy 90 min from Eugene to my house? Come on....it takes me 45 to get to the airport.

Quick and amazing service. They came in after a previous plumber was unable to complete a job. They were here 5 minutes, explained what they did and were on their merry way. The guys were friendly and had wonderful customer service.

TL;DR They clearly don't want to make money, call The Art of Plumbing if you want fast reliable response times.

So I called them to get a quote on a full hot-water pipe replacement job, was told they would be here Feb 13th,. Didn't show, reason being one of the guys called in sick so he had to double up the bookings, understandable. Got a residual for Feb 14th, came in on time took a look around and said id get the quote soon. Its March 12th, almost a month after. Still no quote. I have been back and forth with them over the phone nearly every week (over 8+ calls now) and there reply is always the same ""I will let Keith now so he can send you the quote tonight"" week later, another call, same kind of reply. Keith if your reading this, send the files to your Secretary next time, she clearly knows what she is doing better then you. I have no doubt in my mind she would have got it sent to me with in a day.

So clearly, you don't want the job, if you did you would have been on top of it. I gave you why more then enough time to do your job. So much time I got another plumber in to do the job you where requested to do. Took them 2 days to get me the quote after looking at the place.

Very impressed. I've called them for a few jobs on my rentals. Fast response, quick appointment and they showed up on time. Gave me accurate quotes along with my options. They did a great job. Price was extremely fair. I'll definitely keep using this company. Highly recommended. They know what they're doing.
