Drain Pros Plumbing is definitely who I will use from now on with any plumbing issues. Efren has done work for us twice and he has been on time, respectful and courteous. The second time he came to our house was a simple fix and he was done within a matter of minutes. He was a truly honorable person and didn't charge me at all! He definitely could've charged me for a service call or tried to make me think the problem was worse than it was, but he didn't. That was definitely refreshing.

I called the day before my quote and Jonathan showed up on time and offered me a reasonable quote. He was prompt and very friendly. He went over the job prior to doing any work. In the process of the job he kept me informed and showed me the problem before correcting the problem. He is very personable and I definitely recommend him and their company for any of your plumbing needs. He completed job and left everything as it was before. Great service.

Woke up this morning to 4 inches of standing water in our basement. I needed immediate help. Found Drain Pros Plumbing on Yelp and nearby. They got me on their schedule and gave me a 1-3pm arrival window. Jonathan arrived around 1:30 and was able to quickly determine the possible problem, dead sump pump. He replaced the pump and the water subsided. He even checked the drain in the basement to make sure it wasn't clogged. Jonathan and his company saved the day. Thank you so much. I'm glad to know a good plumber in the area.

I wish I could give them a higher rating, but that's difficult to do when they no-call, no-show for the estimate you scheduled off work to be home for. After making this appointment a week earlier, I received a voicemail the day of at 11am asking for our 4pm estimate to be moved up because his day ended early and he ""would rather not hang around until 4,"" and when I called back, it went to a full voicemail.

Needless to say, he decided not to call or show up at 4. My calls to the main office went unanswered. I'm sorry - if you can't be a professional regardless of the size of the project, you shouldn't be in business. The icing on the cake was the waste of PTO to be home then. If I can make arrangement to leave work and make sure all four kids are picked up, surely you can show up when you scheduled.

Drain Pro scheduled a time/date for service. On the date of the service they called and said they would have to reschedule for the following day between 1:00 and 3:00. I called at 1:00 to make sure the plumber was within his window - no answer so I left a message asking for a call back. I left several other messages after 3:00 to see if he was running late - no answer; I left a total of 5 messages and did not receive a call. To say this company is unreliable is an understatement. Do not use Drain Pro.

It was great experience with Efrin and his team. After two other plumbers messed up a simple faucet diagnostic and a nightmare dealing with a warranty company on repairs, Drain Pros were very professional and accommodating to work with. The job was timely and their technicians are courteous and knwledgible. Highly recommend these guys and will get them again if I have another plumbing issue.

Great customer service that went above and beyond normal plumbers. Efren was on time, did exactly what he said he would do, the estimate over the phone was what we paid and he and his apprentice even came over to our residence (last job of the day) and had to modify the pipe and bypass the leaky shutoff gate valve so it wouldn't leak through the night. Therefore we had water for the day and then came back the next day to switch out the valve that he had to procure at a specialty plumbing store at no extra charge (odd size, lack of availability). The access door to the leaky valve was tight, yet Efren was able to perform the repair without cutting drywall, so we were very appreciative that he went the extra mile to minimize damage. Note Efren is a licensed master plumber and is registered on the DORA website, so have peace of mind you are dealing with a licensed professional.

Efren is the man!!! Since buying our 108 yr old house 6 yrs ago, we have seen our share of contractors and ""professionals"" for a variety of issues.

There is a reason people like Efren have the term ""master"" in front of their title (master plumber); the knowledge, skill and professionalism come with the title .

Efficient, knowledgable and a great guy - tough combo to beat! Efren and his apprentice are my ""guys "" for any future plumbing work for sure.
