Let me start with 5 STAR Rating!!! I search the web for a nearby plumber in my area, and checked the reviews and pictures of Drain Pros. I called and was able to get an appointment the same day. The owner (Cliff) and his son (Cliff Jr.) arrived within hours of my call. Both were very professional and efficient with replacing my sump pump within a 20 minutes. I was expecting to pay a big bill being that it was same day service. However, I was given a very reasonable price! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Drain Pros for all your plumbing needs!!!

I had a busted pipe in my basement and was in need of an immediate repair. Chris explained he had 2 jobs lined up already, but that he would get to me as soon as he could. Did I mention it was already 530p. Well at 930p my phone rang and it was Chris asking if I still needed help and I responded yesssss. He arrived around 1015p diagnosed the leak, repaired the pipe, and reinstated my water flow without delay. He was highly professional and efficient!!! Thanks Drain Pros for a job well done!!!

So we literally closed on our house and had been living here a week when the arctic blast hit Chicago. Did all that YouTube said to do to keep pipes from freezing and on the day it warmed up a pipe burst!! It sounded like a waterfall was in our laundry room! Literally called 7 recommended plumbers and none responded. Did my own search & called Drain Pros. We spoke with Cliff. He was professional & courteous. He was working but was willing to come to our house at 10:30pm. Although we opted for the next morning, Cliff was fantastic! He diagnosed our problem, did minimal damage to our wall & fixed the pipe. We will definitely use him again and recommend the company to all our family/associates.

I had reached out to several plumbers and no one wanted to come to my house as it was a small job - needed a drain cleaned. But he was happy to accommodate me. Showed up when he promised (NO one does that these days). Called me as he was on his way to my house. And took care of the drain. He was courteous, professional, and just wonderful to work with. Clean Out a Sewer
I reached out to Cliff in August 2017 because my regular plumber Dan from Homewood was busy until the following week. Cliff had glowing reviews so I figured he would be perfect for the job. Cliff initially came August 8th 2017 to Rod the main sewer. He completed the job and gave the Infamous ""6th Month Guarantee"". Unfortunately the Rodding job did not last at least six months so my husband reached out to Cliff on January 16th 2018 to re rod the sewer. Cliff seemed very suspicious about the date he originally came out to complete the service and it didn't seem like he wanted to honor his own warranty and asked if it was an emergency as if urine and feces collecting in the basement is ever a non-emergency; nevertheless he scheduled a date with my husband for the following Thursday. Thursday came and went and Cliff did not call nor did he arrive for the scheduled appointment. My husband attempted to contact Cliff twice the day of the appointment but Cliff failed to respond. My husband and Cliff then agreed on another day and time Saturday at 2pm. At 1:50pm I reached out to him to ensure he was coming. Cliff stated he would be there at 3:00pm an hour past the scheduled appointment time. He finally arrive at 3:15pm and asked to see the original receipt so he could check if we were lying about the original date he came to the home to complete the service. He completed the service in like 5 minutes which is concerning for a Rodding job. I also had to ask Cliff if we should turn on all the faucets and run the water in the home to ensure that the problem was resolved. He stated ""Oh Yeah and flush the toilet a few times"". Cliff then asked if we had been flushing things like paper towels instead of taking accountability that he may have done a sub standard job the first time he rodded the sewer. Yesterday 2/10/18 guess what. I smelled an awful sent and knew immediately what it was. Not even a month later after he came out the problem is back!!! I hate that I had such a poor experience with this plumber. He seemed like he was a good guy. Plumbers please don't give out warranties and then give people a hard time when it comes to honoring them and come out only to do a poor job because you know you are not getting paid.

I was recommended to Cliff by neighbors in Bronzeville, and I am so grateful for him! I had a small leak in my kitchen faucet that turned into a dislodged faucet handle, but I couldn't find anyone to take such a small job. Cliff had no problem coming by to take a look at the issue, trouble shoot some ideas and advise me on how to go about fixing the problem. When I ordered a new faucet of my choosing, Cliff returned to install it, only taking an hour or so.

He was so communicative, helpful and professional through it all. I know that if I ever have a plumbing related issue, I'll be calling him again!

Needed my main line cleared. Found Cliff on Home Advisor. He's pleasant, courteous, and professional. He called with his estimated time of arrival, showed up when he said and went right to work. I had a bigger plumbing issue but I didn't have the money and he wasn't pushy on selling the extra services, as a female I appreciate that. He did what I asked and got me going. I'll call him back when I have the $ for the permanent fix. I've spent so much money on Craigslist handymen who claim they can fix ""everything"", (hint- if someone say can fix everything; run!!) it's nice to know for an extra $50 I can get a plumber who actually knows what the hell he's doing.
