These guys do great work! Casey serviced our leaking toilet in no time. He had all the replacement parts on hand & called twice to communicate his arrival time. While servicing the leak he noticed the lever had to be held a while when flushing the toilet. He fixed that too for our convenance.

A fellow named Casey came to our home today to investigate two issues we thought needed correction. When he arrived he immediately removed his shoes without my asking. After thoroughly evaluating our issues and trying a little ""first aid"" Casey determined that both issues were actually non-issues that we could easily remedy ourselves.

When I asked for his bill he said there was ""no charge.""

My shower connector hose blew out, and I forgot to call all day. When I remembered, it was already 3:30 in the afternoon. I had a phone call from owners lovely wife/secretary/problem solver/everything.... Anyway, she called me back within 30 mins, and sent her guy working that day, Casey, to my home by 5:30. He had to drive 30+ miles at that time of day, and still showed up at my home with a smile. He came prepared with all the parts he would need to fix the problem. He did a good honest job. Good people! Call this place next time you have a problem.

Called Jesse for my wall heater. Very professional, scheduled a day and time for him to show up and was promptly there as agreed upon.

Jesse conducts himself very properly. Clean, methodical and patient. After taking out the shroud and vacuuming the wall heater, he started diagnosing the problem. Fired it up, noticed that the pilot would flicker after a while then die, lit it up again and adjusted a few things and came to the conclusion of a bad gas valve. The amazing thing was that he gave me an option to research a better price for a replacement valve through the internet.

Jesse is a stand-out guy. Pleasant to talk to and explains things very well. He will not gouge you at all. I'm a fan and a customer for future projects!
