Our home warranty company set up our appointment w/ Drain Pro Services to identify and repair a very significant leak in our finished basement that had buckled an entire section of drywall from ceiling to floor and damaged our moulding. Phillip was kind enough to come to our house immediately within 1 hour after he completed another job even though our appointment was for the following morning given the emergency situation. Phillip was highly professional, neat, and knowledgeable. He cut away the damaged drywall, which was very molded, found the leaking pipe, and repaired it within a relatively short period of time. We would hire him again for any future plumbing work. Thank you! Now, we have to work with our home insurance to get the drywall repaired, but thankfully there is no more water spilling down our walls.

Highly recommended. I had a water leak from the ceiling of my basement. After a month of having several plumbers fail to show up, after setting appointments, I called Patrick on a whim. He called me back in under 5 minutes. He was at my door 10 minutes later. An hour later my leak was fixed, the work area cleaned up, and a faulty faucet that I had completely written off, working again. I cannot express how grateful I am for the superb work that he did. Price was not only reasonable, he took less than the agreed upon price! This one blew my mind since he also fixed my faucet that was not part of the issue I called about. I guess when someone is a good guy, it shows. I highly recommend this company. He has won me as a customer for life.

Apparently my pipes were frozen and so was my return in the tub. Patrick was amazing, came on time, was professional and worked and cleaned after himself. Not only that but the price was very reasonable especially for a Saturday. Sadly my pipes were still frozen but he offered solutions to help. An hour after he left, water came back on and I realized the faucet had sprung a leak. I called Patrick back, he came right away, assessed and fixed the faucet (a piece of ice must have gotten in it he said), recaulked and didn't charge me for that work. I highly recommend!!!

I went without my kitchen sink for almost two weeks due to a really bad clogged drain. I called drain pro and Patric came out and used the K50 to unclog my kitchen sink. Patric, was very professional and knowledgeable... I highly recommend his service if you have any plumbing issues.
