My air conditioning system completely stopped working. This was on a Thursday, and the replacement circuit board had to be special ordered from the manufacturer. The air conditioning repair guy went out of his way to put a rush on it. On Monday morning, he was back at my house and the problem was fixed.

We called Drain Pro on Saturday evening after having our water heater leaking and we were surprised that they even answered the phone that late on a Saturday night. They scheduled us for Monday morning.

We were very pleased with how fast, responsive and smooth the whole process went. It only took a few hours for the new water heater to be installed. We would definitely recommend them and hire them again if needed.

This company's performance was on display when they installed a water heater in our garage. It looked more like the Leaning Tower of Pisa because it actually leaned to one side. When they completed the work, this was brought to the technician's attention but he dismissed it saying that it was ""appropriate."" Although the company offered to correct it, they failed to return and keep their word. We had to bring in another contractor to rectify Drain Pro's substandard work. Their work and their assurances should be regarded with extreme suspicion.

I can't say enough great things about drain pro plumbing and heating.  I live in an older home in East Boise. We had an inspection company out to our home prior to our purchase, but they did a very poor job and have since costs us thousands of dollars in just the past few years. Most recently I had a problem with my septic tank and thought I was going to have replace the entire system.

I had another Boise plumbing company come out and after hours upon hours of diagnostics we finally discovered where the pipes that ran from my house to the septic tank were plugged using an advanced camera system that ran through the drain. The other Boise plumber tried using a hydro-jet to open up the system but was not able to get it to drain.  I was originally told i would have to completely replace the existing pipes and it could cost me $10,000.  This wasn't something that my home owners insurance covered so to me it was a very scary situation.  I had a very helpful plumber in Boise help me call around and finally was able to find the Drain Pros.

The other plumber i had originally working on the job was able to break down the nightmare i had going on with my septic tank over the phone. Drain Pro came out the next day to look over the problem. They felt confident they could fix the problem using some very expensive equipment that would unplug the pipes in the drain field using just air pressure. I faced a possible second mortgage on my house to fix this problem.  Lucky for me i had not one but two great Boise plumber services in my corner. It wasn't a cheap fix. And I'm disappointed we were in this situation to begin with. But very thankful we had Drain pro to come in and get the job done when other Boise plumbing companies were not able.
