I had an issue with flooding in my basement due to a broken drainage pipe. I hired drain pro to install a new drain pipe and have it dug deep (2 feet +) to protect it from the elements. I was charged 5K for the job for about 50 feet of pipes. I was in a hurry and drain pro was the company that could start soonest.

The issue was fixed. But a few months later, the installed pipes were exposed due to the elements. Obviously, they weren't buried 2+ feet deep. More like a fraction of an inch.

I overpaid for an underwhelming sloppy job.

All my drains were slow. Our home was built-in '59, I was worried there were tree roots were blocking main line or something worse. Greg looked at every drain snaked every line and put a camera down the main line and found a clean pipe. He explained every step to me, showed me the live footage of main drain. The sink and shower drains hadn't been cleaned in a while I guess and we're full of gunk. I was releaved to have someone so thruough and transparent, showing me everything he did and explaining along the way. It gives a person great confidence when you're treated w such respect.
His customer service was great, he was patient and thruough. I would highly recommend this company.
