We have had intermittent problems with a slow drain under the slab in our basement that we know has a hole in it. I messaged Drain Pro to get them to map the pipe so the plumbers could replace it. They responded to my inquiry quickly and showed up exactly when they said they would.

They checked the pipe, found that it was mostly just clogged, and showed us that the hole is very small and likely does not need replacement at this point. Then he gave us advice on how to keep it clear without them having to do it regularly, but also that he's happy to keep checking it for us going forward.

Additionally, we had a power outage literally right as he was about to put the snake down the pipe, but they came back a couple hours later (well after 6pm) when the power was back and did the job. Then they didn't charge me an arm and a leg!

The guys were very polite, went out of their way to be neat (going around the house instead of through it), and cleaned up after themselves.

Couldn't be happier. I hope I don't need their services anymore, but I'll happily use them again if I do.
