In your desperation, do not turn to this company. These robbers will take advantage of you when your back is turned. I trusted Brian from Drain Pro. Corp. to do his job while I worked from home-- what a mistake I made! Once I realized what had been stolen, I confronted both Brian and his superior, Scott. Not only did they both deny that something was stolen, but they proceeded to belittle me. I called once again and Scott hung up on me, stating that he would ""deal with me later"". If I could give Scott some advice, I'd have to say, do not underestimate your customers because soon enough, you won't have any.

What a wonderful company and a wonderful service technician. I called in the morning with a backed up bathroom drain and kitchen drain. Scott had my service technician, Doug, at my house by 1 o'clock.
He was a professional and a gentleman, and the problem was diagnosed and fixed in a very short time.
I wish I had known about Drainpro years ago.
I highly recommend this company.

I was able to reach the owner quickly and get an appointment the next morning. He could tell the likely source of the problem and gave an accurate quote over the phone. Showed up exactly on time; he was extremely efficient and helpful. Hope I don't need DrainPro again but I would certainly call Scott if I did.

I called DrainPro initially to video camera my main sewer line to figure out why it was backing up repeatedly, and Scott ended up snaking my line to remove a ""blade"" that he found lodged in the drain left there by another drain cleaning company a couple months earlier. He also was able to retrieve the blade from the City Sewer Main that was a very impressive piece of work considering all the obstacles he faced.
I can't say enough good things about Scott's great attitude and work ethic through the whole ordeal and I wholeheartedly recommend DrainPro to all my neighbors and anyone who's having drain problems.

We called Scott on a Saturday afternoon about a washer overflow problem. By Sunday 11am he was at our house fixing the issue. In addition to fixing the clog, he also helped us set up our dehumidifier. He was professional and courteous. I would definitely recommend him to others!

The plumber was so rude. He sounded annoyed at the fact that he had to call us at night @ 10 pm. Wanted to charge us $500. I said I'll call back. After worrying for additional few hours. My husband decided to call. Placed the call with the service call center with a very pleasant woman. And got a call back from the same guy. And states us. $1000 quote because we woke him up twice. GTFOH. Never again.

Very unprofessional! The employee came and cleaned out the sewer drain however in the process made a derogatory comment to me that was very disrespectful. I had some questions about the fact that nothing was found on the snake and called Scott the owner the next day. His tone and unprofessional of cutting me off and raising his voice to try to stop me questioning was so disrespectful I was discusted. When I told him about what his employee had said to me he got even more aggressive and said I do not believe you. I said so you think I am a liar? He proceeded to tell me he as calling his employee and hung up on me. His employee called me back and apologized he told me what he said was wrong and that he never should have said it. I told him that I accepted his apology but that he needed to call Scott the owner and admit he did act unprofessional and that I expected Scott the owner to call me back and apologize for calling me a liar. Much later Scott called back and said WHAT DO YOU WANT FROM ME in a sarcastic tone, I told him an apology for basicly calling me a liar and bullying me over the phone. He told me he calls it like it is whether you are a customer or not! ARE YOU KIDDING ME???? The most disrepectfull, unprofessional owner of a company I have ever met! Please beware of the poor customer service and the rudeness of Scott the owner of the company, especially to woman. I am pretty sure he never would have tried to intimidate a man this way. By the way it was both my EX husband and 36 year old son that demanded I call the owner Scott because of his bullying customer service antics. People that treat clients in this manner should not run companies. PLEASE BEWARE!!!

I've used Drain Pro three times now, they were recommended to me.

Let's face it, no one really wants to hire someone to clean out their drains, but these guys make an unpleasant task easier. The first two visits were emergencies and they turned up and acted quickly to remove the blockages within hours of the day I phoned them. The third visit involved running a camera into the pipe to determine where the blockage was. The owner actually phoned the City himself and helped make the arrangements to get a remedy, which he didn't have to do.
