Not only did Elber save me from a ""less ethical"" situation, he responded to my call within minutes and had the water heater repair efficiently and well done the next day. In the part that was needed, he discovered that the water heater was still in warrantee so picked up the part from the supplier who would honor the warrantee and reimburse me for the part! Elber has been a godsend. Two different times, poor workmanship from the original build design company has had me requesting his time to fix issues with tankless water heater and pot filler faucet. I filled up request to get help replacing my leaky pipes on Sat night. Elber responded very quickly. I sent the picture and he provided estimated quote with all the materials included. He came right first thing in the morning monday and took care the issue. His responses are timely (very rare with many contractors these days) so we can coordinate better. I ended up asking his help for few other projects in my house, installing bypass pipes for servicing water softener, replacing my old tankless water heater and adding descaler. Quite happy with the results.

Called last night and Elber came out this morning. He spent an hour trying a couple different fixes and in the end he fixed it up pretty easily. Elber was also a great guy who communicated the problem and potential solutions very very clearly. I felt like I could trust what he was saying.
