I had Armando replace a broken water heater for me back in January 2023. My initial experience was excellent. I chose to go with Armando because he offered the best warranty option in both equipment and labor for the price. Last week, 13 months after the new water heater was installed, the system broke down. The system is a Bradford White, it is a well known brand many plumbers used, I suspect it was a defective unit. We were without hot water for a day already, I reached out to Armando end of day and we scheduled for a replacement the following day. He was running late, but he showed up at 4pm with a replacement unit so that we can get hot water again. Most shops are shutting down by 4pm yet Armando went the extra mile to get my water heater fixed the same day.
Armando your service is amazing! You will definitely be the first person I reach out to with any future issues.

Armando is awesome. We were having a problem with the hot water in two of our bathrooms. We had another plumber try to fix it who thought it was a problem with the shower valves. After he replaced the valves the problem came back so we called Armando. He was very thorough. After carefully inspecting our system he determined the problem was an incorrect setting on our water heater. He changed the setting and didn't charge us for the call. Next time we need a plumber we're calling Armando

Great service and great price. Armando is fantastic. He is an expert at what he does. He relocated a new water heater for me and did a great job. He was always on time and very responsive. He happily answered all of my questions and gave me his honest recommendations based on what I needed rather than what would cost more. Quality equipment, parts, and workmanship. No detail spared.

From the moment I called to schedule an inspection for a plumbing issue to when the issue was resolved , Armando and Michelle were helpful and kind! They are truly exceptional, informative and their workmanship was impeccable. They went above and beyond the call of duty and we are appreciative!

Upon intake, Michelle empathized with our situation and understood the urgency. She was able to rearrange their schedule to fit us in asap.

There were a few pipes that needed to get replaced due to breakage. Armando arrived early and got the job done in 2 hours! Other plumbers told us it would take 4-8 hours to fix. While he was under the house, he discovered a T shaped pipe needed to also get replaced. Although that was not part of the original job, he went ahead and replaced it --wow! That just goes to show his kindness and work ethic.

Thank you Armando and Michelle for all your help! We will keep you in mind for future projects.
