First off, I just want to say that I'll definitely be using Dwayne again. We had a plumbing issue where the washer was backing up water into the kitchen sink. We tried what we could, but couldn't figure out the issue. Dwayne fixed the problem like it was nothing! He was very personable, knew exactly what he was doing, and is fair-priced. I put in estimate requests to five different plumbers on Yelp for a clogged kitchen sink drain on a Sunday morning. Dwayne with Drain Plumber called within 10 minutes and gave me a firm estimate over the phone with the promise to be here in an hour. After another service emailed me to call for an appointment to get an estimate which would have been a day later, I called Dwayne back and he came within the hour and rooted out my sink drain and my dishwasher is now running and my wife is a happy camper.

Dwayne was able to come out the same day and did everything he could to avoid removing a toilet to get to a clog, but alas it was the only access. He was up front work the pricing and didn't leave until everything was running freely and cleaned up. I always appreciate small local businesses especially when they take care of their customers.

I'm going to give you a shortened version of a 4-day long story. Thursday night I started my dishwasher and my sinks backed up. Water all over the floor. I had a plumber here Friday. He worked for a while and said it was plugged and he didn't have long enough snake. I'll come back Saturday. He never showed up. He wouldn't answer the phone. I can't call anyone Sunday. Dishes backing up. Can't really cook or wash dishes. Very frustrated.
Monday comes. Call drain plumber (Duane). He's here in 45 min. Spends 5 min fixing it. Done. That's my 4-day long story. Don't call anyone else period.

Dwayne is a lifesaver! He came out quickly and got the job done quietly and efficiently, no mess left behind. He even threw out the object my 4 year old tried to flush down the toilet; he didn't leave it behind for me to do. He told me the price beforehand and warned that if he has to remove the toilet, the price would be more. Thankfully he didn't have to do that. Would definitely recommend Drain Plumber!

We unfortunately have a much bigger issue that needs to be dealt with than Dwayne could help us with today, but he was so nice and came over to our house promptly. I was very thankful for his services and how quickly he was able to come to our house. He was very personable and honest. We didn't realize our problem was as big as it was but I'm glad I called Dwayne. (I hope I am not butchering his name.) Anyway, I am so very glad he showed up today. I was not excited about the bad news but he was great. I HIGHLY recommend him to anyone looking for a great, knowledgeable, personable plumber.
