Very unprofessional from start to finish. I would not recommend Don or Drain Patrol to anyone. He wasted our time and left us with multiple issues that he agreed to fix and never did. Over a two + month period, Drain Patrol (Don) led me on that they would do a long list of plumbing work. In the end they did a few of the items and then continued to reschedule follow up visits and not show up, only to apologize with a reschedule (after I repeatingly reached out to them to find out why they no showed)...and then not answer their phone or show up for the rescheduled appointments. This went on for over two months and two different no shows for scheduled day/times that I made sure to rearrange my work schedule to be home for them to come. Don would never call me to say he couldn't come, he would just not show up. Initially, Don came to our house and I walked him through a list of 10 different plumbing items we wanted to hire him yo fix. For this initial trip he said he could only do one of the 10 items (clean out a drain). He gave me a quote for the other 9 items and before he left I told him that I was good with the pricing and wanted to proceed with him doing the work. I asked when he could come back and he told me to call him the next day when he had his schedule in front of him. I had to call over 15 times and send several text messages before he responded to get on his schedule. He agreed to come back and do all 9 items. He was scheduled to come at 9am but did not arrive until 1pm (he never called to say he was running late). He said he only had a few hours so he could only do 3 of the items - which he did. From here Don scheduled and no showed two times for the remaining items. Both times I made sure I worked from home and he never called to say he couldn't come or that an emergency came up . The first no show, he only responded after I called 5 times and sent texts asking if he was still coming (I waited 4 hours after my scheduled appointment time before trying to get ahold of Don). He apologized and said something came up (but he never reached out to tell me!). After three days of me trying to connect with him to reschedule, he gave me another date/time he could come. Again, Don no showed and never reached out saying he couldn't come. I tried calling him multiple times and he never answered or contacted me. I have used a lot of workers over the years and this is by far my worst experience with any of them. Be aware and stay away - don't waste your time and energy trying to rely on Don and Drain Patrol.

Excellent service, was able to clean drain and confirm pipe was in good shape.
A previous plumber had come to the conclusion that my pipe was broken, Don was able to clear out the problem and confirm that my pipe was not broken.

These guys are awesome!!

I can't thank them enough for the quality service I was provided, and at a very reasonable price. What more can you say? I trust this company and they will be who I call should I need anything done in the future. it's just great to find companies that give you quality service at reasonable prices.....
