This is the worst company I've ever used. Their employees are polite but did not do good quality work. The woman who called me to let me know my technician was on his way called me 20 minutes AFTER he had arrived. The plumber that arrived was young, not able to do the job, needed help, did not fix all of our drains, and he spent over 6 hours trying to repair one sink. Also, he left the bathroom with splatters of the black gunk from the sink all over the floors, toilet, walls, sink, etc.

Usually when a plumber comes over they put little booties over their shoes, or offer to take off their shoes. Not these guys. They have been stepping in nasty stuff and will just walk right into your house with their dirty shoes.

Call anyone else if you need a plumber. I think you'd be hard pressed to find one that's worse.

BTW when I called to complain about the mess they did send the guy back to clean up after himself but I still had to clean some he missed. 1 of the 4 drains they worked on they actually fixed.

Called at 8 AM. Their ad says they will be there in 60 minutes. They strung me along all day and finally called at 8PM to tell me they would be at our house in 3 hours, maybe. Seriously?

I would give this company no stars if that was possible. Terribly slow service and the worst communication. Don't waste your time on these idiots.

09-09-15 ""Usually 60 minutes or less at your door."" Usually being the key word there.

Kitchen drain plugged up in AM. Called drain patrol at about 8:15 am and scheduled an appointment for 5:30pm.
Called at 5pm to confirm. Advised they are delayed and new appointment will be 6:30pm.
Called back at 7pm. Advised they will be there in next two hours.
Went to Home Depot. When I came home there was a message. It was Drain Patrol. ""Sandy."" Only one message left that my wife didn't hear.
Called Sandy at 9:40pm and she said she called at 8:30pm, 8:45 pm and 9pm. She said they don't send people out this late unless someone answers the phone.
I explained we have been waiting since 5pm and our appointment was pushed back several times; each time I told them OK and to send someone out.
So I am waiting for someone to come out. It's 10:10pm now. No one has called, no one is here.

Don't waste your time with this company.

PS- Sandy work on your bed side manner. IE get a better disposition your attitude is really bad for being in a customer service position.
