I use Drain One Plumbing for years. This last time was to repair my leaking frost/freeze valve faucet. I've been using this company for many years. They've always fixed any issues quickly and have great customer service!

On 2/24/19 approximately 12:30pm, an employee of Drain One Plumbing out of Arlington, TX, initiated a road rage incident in which he pulled a knife out on my husband and then threatened to use his gun on us. The driver was in his company van and stated that the company was family owned making it clear that his dangerous, vigilante behavior had no repercussions. I called the police and after speaking with both parties involved in the altercation, the police informed us nothing was to be done to this man who threatened the life of my husband and myself in front of my two young children, who were in the vehicle. The police said since no physical touch actually occurred, they could not arrest him until an investigator determined an assault had occurred, in which they would then issue a warrant for his arrest. This man followed my husband off of the highway and parked his vehicle in front of my husbands, got out and ran up to him. My husband felt threatened, especially with our children in the car, so his instinct to protect his family took over and he exited the car. The Drain One Plumbing employee yelled that my husband was following him TOO CLOSE! It is my duty to inform the public that this dangerous individual has a job where he enters your home at your request. This man, who clearly has an erratical way of thinking, could come into your most vulnerable environment. This company, Drain One Plumbing of Arlington, TX will continue to employ this individual because he is somehow related to them. If you have a need for a plumber, please do not use Drain One Plumbing because this man may show up at your door.

I used them for a job recently and they were very quick and did the job correctly which I appreciate. What I did not appreciate was the poor customer service after I had called back and noticed a discrepancy in what they said they would charge me and what was charged on my card. When I called back to see what had happened, the owner was short tempered, rude and even hung up and he failed to explain to me they had miscalculated their price and that's why I was charged more. I would have payed the amount no problem but the short tempered owner failed to recognize that they did not inform me of this and he was mad I was even calling back to ask about it. I would not recommend them due to the poor customer service they offer when it comes to clearing up issues with their customers that they made in the first place but also the overpriced services. Wanted to charge me almost $300 to replace a hose bib. Look it up.

My family had a plumbing emergency on a Sunday evening and we were calling around for emergency repair quotes. I initially reached a friendly woman who said they could not come out after hours but they could be out by 9am on Monday the next morning. I asked her if I could call her back since we were trying to reach someone after hours. The rate quote was very good. When we decided we could wait to have water until the morning my husband called back and was told he would be out Monday at 9am and hung up before we could give him an address. I called immediately back again to give him the address and he said now it would be Tuesday before he could come and he didn't need my husband on his a#$ and he didn't appreciate being bothered on a Sunday evening. I did not have a chance to explain my reason for calling. It was disappointing that this company claims to be Christian and family owned and operated but I'm glad we found out how rude he was before we decided to do business.
