Drain O Rooter

I set an appointment one week ago with Drain-O-Rooter to resolve a draining issue with the waste water line for my clothes washer.

And now, the day of the appointment, the time for the plumber to show and come and gone. He should have been here an hour ago. (8a to 10am window was given to me and its 11a now).

I called the office and it turns out that no one even scheduled the appointment.

It's nice when a business shows you how poorly they operate before money changes hands.

I called Ben Franklin Plumbing instead.
