Wendell was absolutely amazing! He was out to my house in 1 hour after I called him with a backed up pipe to the septic tank. He was very professional and was in and out in less than an hour. I highly recommend Wendell and Drain-O-Might. He was also a fraction of the cost of Roto Rooter.

I have nothing but great things to say about these guys. Wendell Williams was a treat. From the moment I got on the phone with him for the first time to the moment he was waiving goodbye to me from my driveway this guy really seemed to care about my situation. We had a clogged drain and had Roto-Rooter take a look at it. They quoted me some crazy prices so I decided to look elsewhere. Wendell came out with his hydro jet and destroyed the grease clog in probably about 20 minutes start to finish. His pricing was more than fair and he was so taken back by how much Roto-Rooter wanted to charge me that he called another friend in the business on speaker phone so I could hear that there were at least 2 businesses that would charge much less than RR. He charged me exactly what he quoted me on the phone which was completely in line with pricing I researched. Either way, these guys are quick, efficient, friendly, and economical. I'd recommend them to anyone for sure!

Wow!!! My main sewer line was backed up and Wendell from Drain-O-Might was heaven sent and cleared everything! Very professional, on time, and got the job done right. I've dealt with other plumbers in the past but I am so grateful for the referral from a friend to try out this company. If you have any drain cleaning needs please reach out to them. Wendell was recomended. He went to my rental and informed me over the phone that he had cleared main drain in the house including the rest of the house. He charged me $650.00. 2 weeks later the tenant advised there were issues again. I called Wendell and upon reaching location I was advised that Wendell would require an additional $175 to do a specific area of the house that he had allegedly already cleared. Wendell changed the story of his previous work and advised he had only done a small portion of the house for the previous $650 charged. When I brought the discrepancy in the story up with Wendell he became irate and told me to find someone else to do the job and then hung up. DO NOT USE this rip off artist.

I met Wendell 10 years ago - when he helped us with our restaurant drains. Over the last decade - Wendell has helped us dozens and dozens of times (probably in the hundreds) he has done little jobs and big jobs. He is always prompt, always has a smile on his face and works quickly to get it done. On a couple occasions- I needed him in the middle of the night. Same smile as always. Simply put - Wendell is one of the nicest humans on the planet. Plus- he works hard! You will not find a better guy out there.

Wendell is the best plumber in the Atlanta area!!! I've used Drain-O-Might for several years and when Wendell arrives at my property he quickly determines what the problem is and educate me on my plumbing issue. He is always prepared with the proper equipment to get the job done. I love that he uses a high pressure water jetter and camera at my home when needed. I've never had a plumber who knows his stuff and at the same time so reasonably priced! The best of both worlds!!!

Whew! Finally good service. Thanks Wendell! I had a main drain clean. Wendell and his guy arrived on time, they were through and fairly priced. Very happy with the experience! I'd hire them again :) Btw, my first experience was with Mr. Rooter... I don't even want to get into how bad that experience was!! Terrible cons.

I recently bought a 3-year-old previously owned home. One shower and one tub were draining very slowly. After several days of trying to speed things up with drain openers, it became clear that I needed a professional. I unexpectedly got a day off from work and began calling plumbing companies. They were all booked up, but kept referring me to other plumbers (thank you!). Wendell from Drain-O-Might ended up coming out. He cleared both drains quickly at a very fair price. That is awesome enough, but Wendell was a super guy. He talked to me about everything he was doing, taught me a few tricks, and even walked around my unfinished basement and the outside of the house telling me what was done well and things that would eventually need some attention. Taking the extra time to educate your customers is going above and beyond. Hire this guy! He will do the job right at a fair price and treat you well to boot! Thank you, Wendell!
