My parents had a negative experience with Tony regarding a water heater repair. They called him on Saturday & he showed up, looked at water heater & searched for ""the part"" to purchase, he left the house leaving all of his tools and equipment at their house just scattered in the hallway, he didn't come back till that Monday because he told my parent he had to go to his child's game. He will schedule an appointment & will not show up until like 2-3 hours later then actual appt. He charged my parents over $500.00 but part did not work!! Very unprofessional & poor work ethic.

Tony is awesome! He didn't overcharge, and he is professional and courteous! He even asked if it was ok for him to use a power tool while my infant napped in the adjoining room before he proceeded. He was able to fix the problem with my shower and replace all the hardware in a small amount of time! Highly recommended.

Set apt for 1230; then claimed he forgot about another apt; moved time to 230, then 3 then 4 then 5. at 6 he claims he was here but no one answered. I took half day from work for this guy who cant use maps and lies. not licensed from my searches on State Licensing board.

Tony arrived on time and snaked our kitchen sink drain. Everything seemed good but that night we realized that the sludge was backing up into the tub! I called Tony and he came out the next day and quickly took care of the problem. I appreciate his work ethic and honesty. He was friendly and cleaned up the mess that came from the drain. I will use Tony's services next time we have a problem.
