Drain Nerds is the newest evolution of the pipe company established by our founder after moving in this region in 2007. Initially, he focused on building projects. Yet, after weathering the 2008-2009 recession, he realized that partnering with contractors didn't offer the flexibility over his business operations that he sought.

In 2012, he redirected his focus to domestic services, at the start teaming up with a friend on a company that had branches in the Sunshine State and other regions. When he took over his associate on the Florida portion of the operation in 2016, he sought a new name and brand. That's when Plumbing Nerds was born.

Hello, I'm John Verhoff, the owner and ""Head Nerd"" of Plumbing Nerds. I've been enthusiastic about the plumbing trade since I was young, and I'm committed on delivering the top level of support to my customers.

When I founded Plumbing Nerds in 2007, I recognized a gap for a customer-focused approach to water services.
