Jerry was amazing and flexible. I had a toilet clogged, it was the guest bathroom, so I ignored it forever, but when I had visitors coming, I panicked at the last minute and started searching for a plumber late on a Sunday night. Jerry was quick in his response and asked to call to discuss my issue within 5 minutes. He talked me through what was working and what wasn't, and made time for me the next day. He was flexible with my availability since I was working, and he was in and out with 15 minutes. The final price was even less than what was originally quoted, and he had the most competitive prices out of the 4 other business I spoke to. I'll be saving Drain Mode for any future plumbing issues that (hopefully don't) come up. It's been a little over a week and the toilet is still flushing perfectly.

Being in the real estate field, I come across many plumbers. Finding plumbers that go out of their way to conduct an inspection for you on a holiday weekend is very rare. Jerry went out to a property that is in Campo, which is about an hour away from Downtown San Diego and on his way his manifold gave out on him but most people would simply reschedule. Not Jerry, he got a u-haul rental and still went out to the property and got my client her report that she desperately needed. How often do you meet people that don't make an excuse and still deliver? It is refreshing to know that there are professionals that are honest and keep their word no matter the circumstances. I will refer Jerry from Drain Mode to anyone I know!

Jerry came through and replaced a faucet on my bathroom sink in about 10 minutes, flat. Really nice guy, professional, congenial, and fair on price. Before Jerry came I had some company called John Stevenson assess the issue and they wanted $600 to fix this. I don't know a lot about plumbing but I knew this was an exorbitant cost to fix a faucet. I found Jerry and he goes, ""Oh man! I'll do that for $150."" Definitely will use him in the future for any plumbing needs we have. Thanks Jerry!

These guys are AWESOME! We had an emergency plumbing issue in the kitchen and shower and they knocked it out better, faster and cheaper than any plumber we've ever called. They even came back the next day to finish a shower drain from the night before. They quoted us a price straight up once they saw what they were dealing with and stuck to it with no surprises. They are extremely efficient and very personable. I think we've found our long term plumber!! Highly recommend!!

Jerry is the man. Wanted to replace an old toilet and install a new one. He responded immediately and was super courteous and kind. Agreed to come in on a Friday evening with no fancy after hour charges. Gave me a no haggle price right away and was the best quote I got all day after being asked up to $650 to just install a toilet. Came in and did the work professionally in an hour and was very knowledgeable abut the work. Cleaned up and charged a low disposal fee for hauling off old toilet.
