We had a bad kitchen sink clog that needed new parts and a full snake drain cleaning. The technicians and team that came fixed the issue and were also helpful and knowledgeable about prevention. Booking was easy and the team communicated when they were on the way. Price was reasonable. I'd book Drain Mob again and would recommend.

We had a serious backflow clog in our yard yesterday--it smelled awful and was a very unpleasant situation. Thankfully, we called Drain Mob, and they arrived quickly to clear out the drains and save the day.

Tyler and Jesus showed up on time, were extremely professional, and did an excellent job. They didn't attempt to upsell us on unnecessary repairs, which we really appreciated. Instead, they showed us a video of our drains and reassured us that everything looked good. They simply advised us to be mindful of what we put down the drains.

Lesson learned: just because something says it's ""flushable"" doesn't mean it actually is!

I recently had a clogged shower drain and needed the issue resolved ASAP. Reaching out to inquire about the service and getting an appointment was extremely easy and seamless. Dean was amazing in coordinating my appointment and answering all of my questions. The technician, Rob, arrived promptly to my residence and also ensured to take off his shoes, which I really appreciated! Drain Mob was very professional from the estimator, Ryan, through the plumber, Tyler. We had a broken main line which required cutting concrete & removal, then repairing the pipe. Tyler was very careful not to damage our plants & lighting, as well as keeping the area clean. I would highly recommend this company.

I can't say enough about Drain Mob! We had a plumbing crisis at Christmas and Drain Mob really came through. They are always on time, professional and polite. I had a clogged toilet and when the clothes washer hit the drain cycle water would back up in the toilet. Called several plumbing companies but decided to go with DRAIN MOB they are definitely the best, honest. Eddie ended up removing the toilet after trying to unplug with a 6' snake through the toilet and a snake down the washing machine drain did not work. After removing the toilet he ran a camera down the drain to locate where the plugged was. Found the area plugged ran a snake to remove baby wipes etc flushed the main drain. Ran the washing machine and no more problem. Reinstalled the toilet with new wax ring tested the toilet and washer again after cleaning up no issues. Great service and what was even better I live in San Jose and the communication and explaining each step was the best I have ever had. The quality of work and honesty exceeded my expectations and the VALUE was 1/3 the price of the other plumbers I contacted.

For great service, Quality and Value, Honesty I highly recommend if I could give them 10 stars I would so they get the max I can give. When I need a plumber again I will be Calling Drain Mob if you have plumbing issues give them a call.

Drain Mob saved my clients $$$$. When I received a call from my clients saying their shower and tub were backed up and knowing the property had cast iron piping, I was concerned. After three plumbers, two of the plumbers were sent by the home warranty company, and one left after making a complete mess. I scrambled and called to find a company with the right tools to assist. Drain Mob, the tech's name is Joey, had complete confidence that he could get the job done, and within 10 - 15 minutes, drains were cleared. Comparing their equipment trucks to other plumbers, I knew amateur hour was over. Shout out to Eduardo, who got the job scheduled quickly. Drain Mob are pros!
