I had toilet water backing up into my tub. I called Drain Mob based on good yelp reviews. They did not disappoint. Called at 8am. They gave me a 10am window. Johnathan called around 845 to ask if he could come by early. I agreed that, it would indeed be ok if he fixed my problem earlier than expected. Johnathan was friendly, professional, and efficient. We're pretty much bffs now. I would use Drain Mob again if the need arises.

Ryan enthusiastically showed me the problem on the video camera and had it addressed with hydro jetting within 30 minutes of his arrival.
I highly recommend this company when you need hydro jetting of your pipes, because the keep things flowing.

Both kitchen sinks backed up after using the dishwasher and these sinks have been a growing issue since moving in. The building I live in have a very well known sharp turn of a pipe that is a challenge for many snakes to get through but Drain Mob was patient and were able to help clear the clog and also clean the mess in the pipes left behind by the previous owners.

Their first technician couldn't get through it and so they sent a second tech the next day that was able to clear it. It took about 3 plumbers to fix this kitchen pipe issue as I hired someone else previously who ended up not having the experience and was trying to suggest cutting a hole into my wall to get to the clog.

This was a huge weight off my shoulders to have experienced professionals finally fix this long time headache. I definitely recommend them and will use them again in the future.

We had 8 previous plumbers come out and none were as helpful or informative of our situation. Our son dropped a plastic ball down our floor drain and it clogged in the p-curve from all the snaking etc. We were told by 2 previous plumbers that we would have to cut through the slab to get to the piping under the house where the ball was stuck. Joey came out and was confident he could get it out. We were not expecting much given our past reports from previous experts. Joey ""MacGyver-ed"" a tool to drill into the ball and pull it out. He explained the danger of the drain and recommended a cover to keep any possible back up at of our house and avoid sewage smell coming up through the drain. No other plumber has ever explained to us the need for a cover and in fact we had a plumber out specifically to address the sewage smell that would periodically come up through that drain. Joey saved our sanity and was so professional. We will recommend this business to anyone and especially mention Joey. Thank you for your help and knowledge!

I've used Drain Mob twice recently and while I'd prefer not to have clogged drains to deal with they made it easy. Both time Kyle showed up to help us up in the beginning of the timing window they quoted on the phone. He's very personable, professional and took care of our problems quickly. I like to ask questions and he didn't mind. Hopefully I don't need to call them again but I won't hesitate to call when I need help.
