Hire these guys! I would recommend this locally owned and operated company for any drain service you might need. It all began with a clogged shower drain, but little did we know we had some much bigger issues going on with our degrading cast iron pipes. After having multiple companies come out we are so grateful and relieved to have found Drain Medics. Robert and Austin are the real deal. They were honest with the severity of the project right from the get go and kept us in the loop every step of the way. They were able to clean out all of our lines, coat them with epoxy (trench-less lining), and install new clean outs for us at ground level. . . and all for a fraction of the cost of other companies. Do yourself a favor and give them a call. The nicest guys doing honest work!

I highly recommend Drain Medics they are the best service. Called them for a slow drain that my tenant reported. I spoke to Robert was polite, courteous, and respectful. He scheduled an appointment the next day asking where in Tucson the house was. I got a call from Jack the next day that he was coming out as planned between three and five when Jack was coming over, he called again to confirm that he was going to be there. Jack performed the inspection and found that the drain was draining. OK so he did a courtesy camera Snake down to the street and found a little grease buildup and nothing that would cause a blockage so after all this, they did not charge me. I'll be certain if the slowness cones back, I will be sure to call Drain Medics. I told Tenant to watch for signs like someone showering or flushing the toilet or doing laundry or running the dishwasher at the same time, I'll be sure to call them again. Once the situation Occurs again. Overall give them five stars.

Had a slow-draining toilet and expected a partial blockage in the water pipe. I made an appointment on their website and Austin came out at the appointed time and examined the waste pipe with his digital camera ""seesnake"". Finding no blockage, he came in and flushed the problematic toilet. He quickly surmised that the problem wasn't with the drain at all, but that the water jets under the bowl rim were partially clogged with calcium build-up from our hard water, causing the bowl to fill too slowly for a good flush. I asked him if I could descale them with a gel acid and he confirmed it, recommending that if that didn't work I should consider replacing the toilet (which is many decades old). He charged me nothing for the visit and gave me a friendly goodbye. Drain Medics is what I would call a great American company. I highly recommend them.

Austin and Robert came the day that I contacted them. Found out that the clog was going to take bigger machine. They came back the next day and found other issues that we had to address. They were able to get the clog issue fixed and fixed the other problems that they found, plus installed a new drain for the spare bathroom (not easy), plus put in a new faucet in the master bathroom. Very professional, courteous, clean and very understanding. We would highly recommend them.
