I'm a nurse and thankful for the quick response and mobile texting of when the company is on route, appointment booking, and he even ran to Home Depot for me to get the right gasket for my garbage disposal I appreciate the time and effort on the weekend especially!!! The team from Drain Medics is professional reliable and they are really nice people. They used the latest technology in redoing my very long very cracked outdoor line with epoxy. Austin from Drain Medics changed my water heater, pressure valances and shower head. I highly recommend this business for several reasons:
1- first and foremost Austin and his colleague were extremely friendly, respectful and polite. They were hardworking and honest.
2- I asked him to give me an estimate for jobs in two houses (mine and my parents). Not only he gave me the best estimate of all the companies who checked the job, but also he helped me realize which parts can simply be fixed and don't need expensive replacements
3- the company is responsive and quick to schedule appointments and reliable in showing up
4- methods of payments are all easy and quick

Personally if I have any plumbing issues in the future there is no other company I go to. I will call Austin!

What an amazing experience, I mean, I'm floored!

I posted a request to get estimates to have someone come out and help us figure out if we had a leak and where it was coming from. Let me just say that I did receive many responses however all had an estimate to show up and look around. Totally expect this, I require a service and I need to be able to pay for it, especially in this day and age.

Austin from Drain Medics plumbing also sent me a message, it said, ""tell me more as to what's going on"". I explained that for the past year, my water bill had been insane and I finally got fed up. People that fill up their pools use less water than my husband and I. I sent him my number and we spoke soon after that. Austin listens! Austin asked me many more questions as to my issue! Austin asked me to face time him when I got home and he would talk me through a preliminary test that would rule out of it was a main water leak or my irrigation system. My toilets weren't leaking, my faucets are all great, no damp/wet spots on my walls. When I tried what he asked me to do, we narrowed it down to it being my irrigation system. Our system is over 11 years old and has been repaired once.

I have also shut it down for a couple of weeks at a time when we were fortunate enough to get rain and it kept our water bill to a much lower ""normal"".

Austin asked me to call him back if I needed anything else again! Austin never charged me anything. He honestly truly cares! What a phenomenal business and a better human being!

I have used Austin's plumbing services twice in the last two months. His services are fantastic, he's timely and gets the job done! When he was installing my bath fixtures he found a bad drain pipe that needed replacing and stayed longer than planned until he got it replaced. He also installed a Reverse Osmosis water filter system in my kitchen that I am really enjoying.
I recommend Austin for any plumbing need, he is neat and very clean!

Our toilet began backing up from underneath and flooded our whole bathroom..the landlord had someone ill-equipped and untrained come out and spread fecal matter all over my home with 4 young children watching him sop up fecal water with our hand towels...he finally got realistic and got ahold of good old Austin and this guy knew what he was doin,was super understanding and knowledgeable about the whole thing... was even Kool with me watching explained to me what he was doing and y even let me check out the the camera angles...if every one had his work ethic and scruples the world would be a better plac, this guy needs all the promotions and raises yall got!! Thanks again Austin you kick ass
