My first floor bathtub developed standing water whenever any of the other water fixtures in the house (kitchen, laundry, upstairs bathroom, and first floor bathroom were in use.

I had immediate assistance from the Drain Medic team. The plumber was able to come to assess the issue and fix it shortly thereafter. Prior to service, she explained costs.

During the appointment, she explained all plans and actions to correct the issue.

Had a great experience using Drain Medic this week. I had a blockage in my main sewer line to my septic tank. Called them, they were on site not long after and knocked out the job quickly. Prcie was quoted up front and was cheaper than I thought it would be. On top of that they were really nice answering my questions about the process as it was going on. Would be happy to use them again. Thanks to Shelly and Josh for restoring functional plumbing to my house!

Referred to them by our plumber for an emergency- a whole house drainage blockage. Scott called us back within the hour and was at our door 2 hours later at about 7 PM. He was thorough, professional and he cleared our line out to the street at a surprisingly reasonable price. Very highly recommended.

These two folks are LIFESAVERS!!! Clogged kitchen drain and had Heritage Plumbing come to fix this. They couldn't (but they did try) and then charged us $225 for their ""time on site"" - and did I mention they didn't fix it?? BUT Bob and Shelly from Drain Medic came the next day, asked the RIGHT QUESTIONS (like where are the clean out valves?? We didn't know but together the 4 of us found them) and had the drain unplugged in 20 minutes. WOW!!! Heritage was talking about the possibility of having the break open walls to get to the pipes....YIKES!!! You need help, call Drain Medit (who was half the price of Heritage) and they will fix your drain problem.
