Had leak under bathroom vanity. Had to remove vanity from wall. Either removing or putting vanity back, cause crack in vanity wood. Replaced faucet for sink, at same time. The new pipes not lined up for sink faucet. The faucet stopper not go up and down smoothly. . They use many people to do one job. So, very expensive Company. The people were nice.

Even though they were already booked with the hydrojet equipment for the day they were able to work us in. Unfortunately, we have experienced being ""royally ripped off"" by another plumber (over $7000) and were very leary of getting taken advantage again. A friend's recommendation led us to Drain Masters over the weekend because our drains had backed up again (yes, the SAME issue we'd paid the 7k for!) I spoke with Zeke on a Sunday afternoon, expecting to have to pay extra for the weekend, but he got Tony out quickly. Tony was professional and on time, explained the situation and gave us a fair price. Beware. I had them come out to fix my washing machine's overflow. Not only did he not fix the initial problem, he created a new leak by not sealing the drain pipe. So, I had to call another plumber to fix my initial problem and thanks to Drain Masters a new problem.

I called this company because my outside drains in my yard were not draining properly. They came out and tried to unclog using a hydro jetter to clear the drains. They had said on their website ""free camera inspection, a $250 value) They did not inspect with a camera upon my request. They said that the roots were so severe that I would need 70 feet of new piping and gave me a bid of $5300, with a discount of $300, for a total of $5000!!!!!!!! George spoke with Zeke and said they could start ASAP. I wanted to get other bids. I called Hydroscape and for the best pipe it would run around $80.00 and with other fittings it would cost around $100. I had 3 other companies come out to give me bids ranging from $650 to $950 for the parts and labor (trenching) I paid $700 and had installed all new piping. When I have told other contractors and friends of what Drain Masters's bid was, they couldn't believe it! How can a company get away with this? GET other bids from other companies first.......
