We paid $150 for a simple shower drain blockage. The web site for this company states a charge of the charge $75 to unclog a drain. We called and spoke to George ( the owner, we believe) to question the elevated charge. He said he was an experienced plumber and that he had the right equipment to make the job look easy. The equipment he had was a hand held roto rooter that looked to be very old. The cleanout process (removing 2 screws for the drain cover and using the roto rooter) took 15 minutes. We do not recommend this company.

Zeke was very friendly and competent, giving me a break on price when he learned that I was 79 years old. He guessed 60. I would definitely recommend Drain Masters to anyone. Fair, fast, and friendly and know their stuff!

Had leak under bathroom vanity. Had to remove vanity from wall. Either removing or putting vanity back, cause crack in vanity wood. Replaced faucet for sink, at same time. The new pipes not lined up for sink faucet. The faucet stopper not go up and down smoothly. . They use many people to do one job. So, very expensive Company. The people were nice.

Even though they were already booked with the hydrojet equipment for the day they were able to work us in. Their communication with us through the process was much appreciated and they worked well with our home warranty.

Unfortunately, we have experienced being ""royally ripped off"" by another plumber (over $7000) and were very leary of getting taken advantage again. A friend's recommendation led us to Drain Masters over the weekend because our drains had backed up again (yes, the SAME issue we'd paid the 7k for!) I spoke with Zeke on a Sunday afternoon, expecting to have to pay extra for the weekend, but he got Tony out quickly. Tony was professional and on time, explained the situation and gave us a fair price. I appreciate the way they handled our business and will definitely refer them to others and use their services again - Thanks Zeke and Tony!

Beware. I had them come out to fix my washing machine's overflow. Not only did he not fix the initial problem, he created a new leak by not sealing the drain pipe. So, I had to call another plumber to fix my initial problem and thanks to Drain Masters a new problem.
