I wish I would've seen the reviews before using this plumber. Doug the plumber came out to my house. I explained in great detail the problem we were having with our shower. My mom isn't good with speaking up, but he went in the bathroom for 10 minutes, claimed he changed a part and the problem was fixed. My mother paid him $235 dollars. I went upstairs and the shower was still broken. I called him and he said for us to go get the shower head and he would put it in for free. Then he didn't show, he didn't even call to say he wasn't coming. We ended up installing it ourselves. I told my mom to cancel the check, but she's too good of a person to do that. If I could give zero stars I would.

I purchased a property that had a water heater that wasn't working. I contacted Drain Masters and they informed me that I needed a replacement part. He explained that the replacement part would be $300 and that the labor would be $200 which I found expensive but was also in a rush to fix, so I agreed to it. Even after spending $500 the water heater was not working correctly and they stopped answering my calls after they got paid. I ended up replacing the water heater. I will be opening a credit card dispute. Do not contact this company for services at your home. They also use different company names and phone numbers.

Found them on Marketplace. They had several different ads one name on top another on the post so we didn't realize we were calling same company. Anyway KYLE came out to our house. He charged $80 to basically walk around and point out where are main drain was. He said he could not give a quote over the phone until he saw what he was dealing with. He never once took out any tools from his car. He had my roommate dig out the drain. My roommate was the one that opened the drain shoved the stick in the drain and fixed the problem. Kyle was there watching and that was $80. Not good. I was unaware of all this until I watched my home security video. I would not have paid him knowing what I do now. Bad business. It's not the time now to take advantage of people.

My experience today (6/18/2019) with Drain Masters was a nice and satisfactory one!

Did not really get the name of the man (my apologies), who came with his lady partner, after I called for a quote in replacing my broken kitchen faucet. They both were courteous, professional, and use appropriate timing (without rush) to replace my faucet ensuring the job is done right by checking/repairing any visible leaks and that all nuts, bolts, and hoses are properly tightened!

I also appreciated that Drain Masters was flexible in meeting my schedule and need. Hard to cook or clean without the use of a functional faucet, I asked if they can help me out on same day service, instead of waiting next day. They were able to come through!

Will use their service again when needed in near future and would recommend! Good to know they also do HVAC.

Great service, needed to move my washer to the garage ASAP. I already had water lines put in, and needed the drain line put in. I called a couple of places beforehand and got a quote for $1300. Called these guys and Will came out same day gave me a quote of $300 for labor and I'd reimburse him for the parts. They came out next day, 30 min early and did a great job on it, great conversation I had with him and his guys. So this is and update they never came back to plug the hole they left which wasn't cleanly cut in, he said he was going to come back but even when he said it he was hesitant about it. Had a guy do the dryer vent for me and he filled the holes inside and out.

Plumber was respectful yet un-knowledgeable, lacked knowledge on how to determine where to look for main line clean out. Which caused hours of added time, expense and mess. I not only was required to pay him for a incomplete job, but had to call an other plumbing company who when they came, found the clean out and resolved the issue, in good time, an charged less than this company.

Calling this company was a mistake and hours of delay for me getting to work because of an inexperienced worker.
I will Never use this company again, furthermore did not have correct tools needed to perform a job complete.

STAY FAR AWAY!
I needed a water heater replaced at a rental property, and called on their services. Big mistake! They advised me to switch from gas to electric, and me not knowing much about HVAC, I took their word for it.

Here are a few notes and pics from a company that is replacing the crappy work.

"" The water heater is very dangerous as they have a 110V going off a standard wall plug when the unit requires a 220v""

""They also left the combined flue where the old gas water heater joined them together just dangling there expelling carbon monoxide into the garage. Very dangerous!""

"" The water heater wasn't properly tied down. And they kinked the water line which is probably why they now have poor water flow.""

Kyle was very professional and did a great job repairing the pipes under my kitchen sink. His prices were much better than others I called. I will definitely hire him again.
