The initial service call was prompt. We needed our sewer line camera inspected underneath our home to check for leaks. The technician did not find a leak under the home, but found roots in the sewer lateral outside the foundation. He also urgently noted that the section of sewer could collapse within months. We paid him to clean out the roots and to run the camera. He also said it would be about $5,000 for them to repair the line and urged us to act quickly. This was on 10/23/23.

I called back on 10/30 when we realized the crack would be covered under the St. Louis County Sewer Lateral Repair program. The application requires documentation by the master plumber that found the issue. He said it would be done by the end of the week.

As of 12/17, I have not yet received any paperwork. I have called multiple times over the past seven weeks and been met with no response and excuses, and I am out $927.
