I live in a very old house with a kitchen sink that we've spent THOUSANDS of dollars on over the past several years - including 4 visits by Roto Rooter (who finally declared it unfixable). Wayne came out and - in 30 minutes - had the drain working - and for less money then anyone else! He then worked with me on my options for dealing with my home's old drains - all the while being very conscientious of the money that would be involved and so offering me multiple options. And, just as the icing on the cake to the great work he did, he EXPLAINED everything to me as he did it. Not like I'm an idiot, not like I'm a dumb girl who can't understand this complicated house stuff - but in a truly helpful way that respected that I, as the homeowner, want to understand what's going on with my house. We cant say enough about how AWESOME Wayne Gagnon is a person and plumber. We called him at 11pm on a Saturday night. Unlike ALL the other places I called (at least 10), that also claimed to work 24/7, Wayne actually answered the phone on the 3rd ring.He was at our house on Saturday night until after midnight. He charged us the exact same amount as if we had called him during the day. He did a careful, precise job. He told us what may or may not happen and he was correct. He came back the next day to do the remainder of the job. He is very professional and personable. He has obviously been doing this along time and knows his trade. We are new to the area and we were thrilled to meet such nice person who took pity on us late in the evening on a weekend when no one else in the local phone book and online even called us back. He is hands down the best around. We plan to use him for all our plumbing needs until we move or he retires. Cant recommend him enough. Margie B

Unfortunately I've had serious problems with my plumbing and mainline pipes a couple times now. But fortunately for me I called Wayne with Drain Masters II and he came out within an hour of calling the first time and within 20 minutes the second time I called! He told me that the problem was more serious and had to be dealt with better the first time around but of course I didn't listen and had the problem recur. He took care of the problem quick, was extremely knowledgable and did NOT over charge me like he could have (since I know nothing about the problem or the solution).

I highly recommend Drain Masters II to anyone who has tree root problems or drain problems in general.
