I recently had a main line back up in my home that I just moved into a few months ago after a total renovation on the inside! I was noticing a slight change in the drainage in my shower one morning, and the next thing I knew, my toilet was backing up! It was a NIGHTMARE! I was in a major panic because in all the years that I've been a homeowner, this has never happened! I wasn't sure who to call since I was new to the Daytona area, so I looked on line and found Drain Masters and THANK GOD I DID!! I called you guys and whoever I spoke to on the phone (so sorry but I can't remember her name) but she was SO INCREDIBLY NICE, and calmed my nerves by explaining what your company could do for my problem! She was able to send Kyle out within 2 hours!! Kyle was Awesome!! He found the problem and had everything resolved within an hour! I was never so relieved in my life!! My next concern was the price for the service and needless to say the pricing fell right in line with all of the positive things that I'd experienced with your company!!! In other words, it was a very reasonable price!! (which was a pleasant surprise since I had no idea how much something like this would cost!). I just want to say """"thank you"""" to all of you for first of all, """"existing"""", and secondly, for the superior service and pricing you provide!!! I have been singing your praises since the moment Kyle left my place and will continue to spread the word about Drain Masters for as long as I live here!! You are all """"THE BEST!!!"""" I had a sink clog way up in the pipe and could not get it cleared using regular clog removing tool and Drano. Contacted Roto-Rooter and they wanted to charge $167.00. Didn't have the money for that, so did another Google search and came up with DrainMasters (386) 788-7742 and I received a quote for $90.00. Obviously, much better. Service person/Part Owner came out and immediately proceeded to work with no BS. He (Heath) owns the business with his Father and within about 209 minutes had everything cleared out and draining again. I would highly recommend DrainMasters and being prompt, proficient and economical. Give them a call and you won't be sorry. There is a $5 off offer on the Internet if you want to look it up.
