12+ years I've worked in local real estate and I schedule all the inspections for every transaction (sales/purchases) and I've always had excellent feedback from sellers/buyers for every inspection with Drain Masters, so when it came time that I needed plumbing work at my own home, they were the first ones I called. Michelle in the office is friendly and efficient, took down my info and told me that Chris would call me back shortly to discuss details and provide a quote. Sure enough, within an hour, I received his call, we reviewed the details and he gave me a quote that was more than acceptable for the work I needed done (scope & snake four clean outs and check main to the street), and he said Michelle would call me back to schedule. To my surprise they were available within two days and we had a date! The morning of my appointment, I received a call from Michelle that my technician was stuck at a prior (to my) job that turned out to be much bigger than expected, which I know all too well happens, and for me, it was absolutely no problem, as I work from home (I know this may not be ideal for everyone) but I appreciated her timely call and we rescheduled for a little later in the day. My technician, Paul, arrived about 15min earlier than expected, but all good - and after showing him the 4 cleanouts, he got right to it and within about an hour, he was all done. In chatting with him, turns out he's from a local family, we went to the same high school (different decades but who cares, Go Chargers!) and have a few similar hobbies! Bottom line, VERY HAPPY with Drain Masters, their people and their work - and I will always recommend them every time someone asks for a referral.

No photos to add - No one wants to see (or smell) what's snaked out of kitchen clean outs. Trust me.

Chris and the Drain Masters team are by far the most honest and reliable business I've come across. We hired them for a sewer clean out in our new home and they went above and beyond to deliver on all aspects of the job. They were trustworthy, timely, communicated well and extremely professional from start to finish. They explained exactly what the job would entail, how long it would take and check in on us after to make sure we were satisfied. We also had them come back to help us with another separate unrelated issue in our bathroom and again later for a drain issue in our garage sink and they were affordable and a pleasure to work with. If only every small business offered this level of customer service that Drain Masters does. Thanks again. 5 stars all the way home and wouldn't think twice about calling you guys for the job in our home.

Paul at Drain Masters did an amazing job for us! Our sink drain suddenly started shooting out gunk and he came the same day to fix it. It was a horrendous job to take on! We then mentioned our shower head was not that effective and he checked it out, then told us what new shower head to order. When it arrived he came back and quickly installed it for us at no extra charge. You couldn't find a more capable or nicer guy than Paul. A+ all the way! Joye

I highly recommend Drainmasters of Santa Barbara. Paul came out quickly and cleared the main sewer line and a bathtub drain line. He worked hard on what he called a stubborn drain clog in my bathtub. He was also very positive and he answered all my questions fully. Please call Drainmasters of Santa Barbara if you have any plumbing problems. They are amazing. (I mistakenly hired a different company, Drainmasters of Oxnard, and they charged me a lot of money, but they did not fix the blockages. Be careful not to mix up the two companies.)
