Our outtake was leaking where it meets the concrete slab. Ed and his team came the next day assessed the situation and came back the next day and fixed it. Ed was recommended by his neighbor and I'm so glad I called him. Fair price and problem fixed right away plus he suggested adding a clean out to prevent future backups.

We ended up with a backed up toilet due to a supposedly biodegraeable wipe that got stuck in the line. Called Ed, who then sent his guy Ceasar to come out to clear the drain. Ed said they would be out within the hour and to his word Ceasar came out within the hour.

Ceasar gave us some feedback on how to avoid this issue in the future and even showed me how to auger the line if I wanted to do this myself in the future. He even gave me brand options to choose from. I thought this was a nice touch in customer service!

Based on this experience I would highly recommend Drain Masters based on their level of customer service provided.

I wouldn't recommend. I was told I'd get an estimate -- that never happened. Instead, I was hit with a $1,300 bill for installing a tub and replacing some valves. It seems way over priced in my opinion.

Also, he removed a huge hole in my bathroom without asking me beforehand. I'm not sure this was necessary or just to make it easier for himself. He told me he ""had"" to take a hole out of my downstairs neighbor's ceiling to access a pipe, but when she refused, he apparently was still able to do the job (or he didn't do it, I couldn't get a straight answer from him, it was all mumbo jumbo).

Anyway, I'm sure there are more straight forward plumbers out there. I'd keep looking.

I called regarding a sudden drain leak in our master bedroom vanity. Edward came within a couple of hours and fixed the leak quickly. He is a very pleasant guy and the price was good. Highly recommended.
