I called Drain Masters based on the over whelming high reviews from the yelp community. After describing my plumbing problem (shower drain backup/slow draining that was also causing ""bubbling up in toilet), Edward of Drain Master, without hesitation provided a clear general assessment and what would be needed to fix my problem. What I was impressed with was his willingness to be so forthright with useful information, not hedging or cloaking for later opportunities to take advantage.
He was honest -- even that what he suggested I first call my HOA -- would possibly not bring him the business. On the other hand, I gave the same problem explanation to two other companies, one quoted what seemed an very high price just to come out to ""investigate"" with additional costs and the other quoted two separate prices to unclog the shower and the toilet -- even that they both go through the same main drain. I realize we consumers don't know much but we are not idiots! So in closing, Edward of Drain Master was right, it was my HOA responsibility. As a property owner it is inevitable that I will have a plumbing problem that will not fall on the HOA and I will definitely call Drain Master. You should too.

Drain Masters is one of the Few Sewer and Drain Services that you can TRUST !
One company came out and said that the snake wouldn't go through and said it
was going to cost me $10,000 to put in a new sewer line. I called Drain Masters
and he had the line cleared in 10 minutes. $125.00 sure beats $10,000 !

Drain Masters was great. I've used them on multiple occasions and each time they have been helpful, prompt and cost effective. From clearing a clogged sewer main to re-piping under my house, they are the best. Ed worked with the other contractors and worked late to get my plumbing back together that night, rather than making us wait until the morning.

They came for my toilet 2 times. First time the guy was friendly and fixed everything. Even left the warranty for 6 days. When the problem returned in 5 days I called again and another guy was also friendly but told me there never should be warranty on the snaked toilet. He fixed the problem and something I even didn't ask him to fix (not for free of course) And it would be fine, but yesterday (3 days after the second visit) my toilet stop working again. And I don't want to deal with Drain Masters again. I don't want them to think that I intentionally put there an elephant.

Having just remodeled our kitchen and switched from a single sink to a double sink, we needed a new drain config. under the sink. My husband didn't feel like the back and forth to Home Depot and multiple hours it probably would have taken him and we knew a professional could probably do it within an hour. We called another company to come out and give us a quote (we were willing to spend $200), they wanted almost $300! Then we called Drain Masters. We were given a time slot and told we would be called when he was on his way, he called early and got there right on time. It took him about 40 min and we ended up needing a few extra parts, but the total still only came out to $190. The plumber was friendly and professional, we will definitely call them again if we need any plumbing help.

Today I used Drain Masters for the secon time to snake the drain from house to street. Pesty tree roots keep reaching for sewage. Drain Masters has become my #1 preference for plumbing needs. They are friendly, responsive, the prices are competitive, they have done good work for me. I know now that I'll need to call them out for yearly maintenance visits to 'prune' tree roots that manage to make into into the drain system. Drain Masters, please continue your excellent business model. It's good to not have to think twice about who to call. Ethics is a good thing.

Wouldn't know if these guys were any good at plumbing since they never showed up for the appointment.
I left 3 voicemails and did not receive a call back until the next day. They said they got busy at another job so couldn't make it. That would have been fine if I received a call letting me know.
I left work early to meet this guy and he didn't show. Total disrespect for someone's time and totally unprofessional.

0 stars - just like the others I've been waiting at home for 2 hours. No call - no show. I've left 2 messages.... Also like the others I took time away from my business to sit at home. I may send them a bill for my time that they wasted. Don't call these guys =(

Drain Master's are the best Plumbers in the South Bay! And I'm not just saying that because there my neighbors! Seriously folks... If you have plumbing problems Drain Masters are the ones to call! Prompt, professional and reasonably priced! Thanks Edward!
