Very friendly tech that came out. He didn't give up on snaking my drain and after 8 times he managed to finally burst through the solid wall of grease and grime 25' down my drain! Offered helpful tips for the future on maintenance as well. Very thankful they accommodate people who work and don't charge after hours fees during the week after 5pm :)

We had another drain back up today and Drain Masters had someone over by 6pm. They didn't charge me for after hours! Steve arrived right on time and solved the problem quickly. The service charge was extremely reasonable! Highly recommend!

I've never written a review for any service but I was so impressed with the professionalism and service Steve provided. He power snaked my sewer line, after I attempted it with my rinky dink toilet snake, and found the jam up 50' down the line. It turned out to be a clog made up of small tree roots which had penetrated the line and antiseptic wipes. He kept at it until he cleared the line and saved the day and potentially saved me hundreds more dollars ! It was 9 pm and they charged me the regular hourly rate as Steve works the swing shift. I highly recommend them!

We had a problem with our lift pump. After calling around to multiple plumbers, and getting passed from one to the next, Mike the owner diagnosed the problem over the phone, and had one of his technicians over as soon as possible. The technician, Jeff, was knowledgable and got the job done. Could not be more impressed!

very bad service and bad customer service. Instead of snaking my house, they flood my bedroom and bathtub with sewerage. after the tech told me everything okay. Did half job, collect the money and bailed out. All those reviews and 5 stars they must be employee and family members.

Kitchen sink stopped up called another company first after 2 hours and snaking the guy couldn't figure it out. Called Drain masters he brought the correct equipment and a camera after 1 1/2 hours cleared the clog and then cleaned the pipe out. We got a copy of the video also. He wore booties over his shoes cleaned up any mess. Very professional organization. Will definitely call Drain Masters first next time !!

These guys/gals are flipping amazing, have used them before and they proved why they have a max rating tonight. Had a drain clog issue and called them up, was advised of an extra fee for the after hours call out and had no problem with it. I was advised that someone would be by in an hour and the gentleman called and said he could be here early and showed up thirty minutes earlier than planned -- totally badass. I had already pulled my toilet trying to clear the drain myself with no luck, the gentleman came up, looked at my drain, brought his power drain snake in and had the drain cleared in less than 10 minutes. Totally awesome, very polite, efficient and excellent service. I highly recommend this place to anyone who needs drain service, they are my go to place for all of my drain needs!
