Water is flowing once more! Thanks, Jeff. I scheduled an appointment the previous evening and was given a window of 10 am to 12 noon for the next morning. Jeff contacted me at 9:45 am to let me know he was about 10 to 15 minutes away. He has a friendly demeanor and is quite considerate. He started working right away, understood where to begin and cleared a clog in the main drain. What I learned is even if they are labeled flushable wipes, DO NOT flush them! I appreciate your help again, Jeff! “All fixed.”

However there's no need to worry with this company - the person who resolved my drain proved to be a competent and respectful young man.

The team members, Cody and Cord, responsible for this task, demonstrated themselves as competent and courteous during the entire job. They immediately began their tasks and were happy to keep us informed every step of the way. They provided guidance on the timing of specific tasks so we could see the camera's footage of the pipes.

This project lasted four days and included the use of a jackhammer to remove a section of the floor, but upon completion, they made sure to clean the work area completely and order restored. I was apprehensive initially about having to leave my house for the duration of the work, but their commitment to quality eased my worries. I felt confident my home was in capable hands. I would rate them a perfect 6 stars. Steve came out on a Saturday and unclogged the garage floor drain leading to the main line. He displayed punctuality, expertise, and a friendly demeanor. I will definitely suggest Drain Masters.

Side note, Steve had great things to say about his boss and the company. This shows that the company looks after its staff. I appreciate that. They have gained our trust for future services.

I had a terrible experience with this plumbing company. Their service was lacking. Instead of clearing my drains, I ended up with sewage in my bedroom and bathtub. The tech claimed everything was okay. They did a half job, took my money and left.

The positive reviews must be from family members. I find them hard to believe. It seems like the good feedback is not genuine. I would not recommend Drain Masters to anyone.

I am unable to share many good things regarding these guys.

He turned out to be slightly delayed, reached out before his arrival to let me know he was running behind, stayed beyond 5 o'clock on a Friday to restore my plumbing, did not charge me for overtime, left my bathroom pristine which is ALOT more than I can say for the last company I used, that I hired two months prior and gave me an itemized bill to show my landlord.

I plan to let everyone who needs a plumber, that this is the right choice.
